I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to on this occasion. This is literally the worse gambling site I have ever come across in my life. I would strongly advise you not to open an account with nationalbet. You will not get any winnings and you probably won’t get your deposit back aswell. Avoid them and find another site. They are an absolute joke.

DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THESE SCAMMERS. ANYONE WHO HAS RATED THIS 5 STARS IS A FAKE REVIEW. As stated by many others, impossible to pass KYC. Live Chat claim they have no contact with KYC, they can only "poke" them. £900 winnings lost to a rigged game after denial of withdrawal so i thought
phuck it. Gambled £150 at a time on "player to win" on their live poker game and lost everytime until i was out of money. Guess what happened in the next round, yes, the player won. They literally blocked my withdrawal after requesting to withdraw the £900, this was after providing countless documents. Do not fall victim to this, stick to Gamstop sites or do not gamble. After telling them to suck a d*ck I requested closure of my account, hope this helps

Worst gambling site I have ever used, will not let you withdraw money. Ask for ridiculous documents with selfies with computers in the background. Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of these scumbags.

Left no choice but to leave review after being hopeful, seems others have same issue. I have been trying to pass KYC for three weeks. I dont even have a large balance just £500 in my account.

So far i have provided I.d, bank statement, utility bill, Selfie, various screenshots, and now P60... still not passed. They have no come back to me a week after giving my utility bill and asked for it to be apostilled.

You dont need this kind of verifiction to purchase a house let alone make a small withdrawal.

This can only be seen as a deliberate tactic to withhold funds as this is not a one off and various others have same issue? How can we all not pass?

This seems like fraudulent withholding and i would advise others to follow this process

Firstly, contact your bank and initiate a chargeback and explain to them, this way they will recover your funds and this will put a block on further uk transactions and blacklist them.

This company is using fake and stalling KYC tactics to take players deposits with no intentions to pay them out.

I have started this procedure today 27/05 and will email national bet further to see if this can be resolved, if so i will update my review with any emails from them

UPDATE*** After sending in tax docuement , National bet then asked for my utility bill (which i sent in two weeks ago) to be apostilled .. this request is outrageous to say the least and totally unjustified and can only be seen as a tactic to try and hold/not pay out funds

No response from national bet but they closed my account and refunded my initial deposits. They have withheld my winnings though? No reason why. I didn’t use any bonuses and wagered all my requirements.

Three emails sent now and no responses just account closure. Awaiting some kind of response and will update accordingly

5 days now and response from national bet in regards to getting my winnings, In short term they have literally just stolen it from me. I didn’t use any bonus and met all the wagering requirements.

I have emailed serval weeks now with no response, no winngs paid out. I have now emailed them into player welfare, what national bet are doing is abusing vunerable players which is a very serious matter, i have asked various questions 22/06 and awaiting a response on this matter

Trust me do not open or deposit with nationalbet10.com or royal fortune you will never ever see a penny of your winnings...period

Hi. I am struggling to find what the right way to go is. I have been asked to verify myself for my account and I have sent id and bank information and they are telling me to resend with a different background. They asked for utility bills but I thought a mobile phone or bank statement would have been okay but they are rejecting them but these are the only ways of me verifying who I am as I am not a homeowner. I have money in my account that I am waiting to withdraw and everything I send is being declined and I don’t know if I’m going to get my money back now

hi joined up and deposited £50 which got me a £50 sports bonus ...with the sports bonus i won 2 bets which got me £2180 back....which i had to wager through 1200 of this to turn it into real withdrawable cash... as i was wagering through the 1200,my account magically stopped taking bets , it wudnt let me stake anything saying "max stake 0.00".... so now i have almost £2000 sitting there that i cant use, therefore they are just wasting my wagering time so it expiires in 30 days an i loose the money i won fairly....i have been on multiple times with customer support who dont want to help, have sent in multiple emails without reply....TOTAL SCAM...YOU WILL NEVER SEEA PENNY OF YOUR MONEY OFF THIS COMPANY, AVOID AVOID AVOID.. they shud and reported and closed down...they are theives ....stay clear folks ..just criminals

I deposited £500 two weeks ago and was given a £500 bonus. I lost this in total. After this I deposited £1000 provided ID to do this. I have now turned this into over £5k. However I have now been banned from betting at all and my balance has been placed into a bonus fund. I have had no success in trying to withdraw funds.

By far the worst gambling site ever used. Please stay away - borderline illegal!

Deposited £600 and had roughly £4,600 winnings allocated against my bonus pool. I needed to stake another £4000 to claim the bonus funds. They then withdrew my ability to make any bets and are not responding to any correspondence.

They are just delaying the bonus pool so my winnings expiring. Emailed everyday and they are honestly absolute scumbags!

Same story as most of the other reviews, you cannot pass kyc.

They will make request after request until they are asking for things like a tax return and apostilled utility bill. The whole idea is so you cannot pass and they can keep your money.

Absolutely shocking. I’ve sent 9 pieces of documentation so I can make a withdrawal. Was told yesterday on live chat that I’ve been verified and I can start my withdrawal. But today they want me to send my utility bill again but with an apostille certificate which costs £91 to buy! Stay away from these scammers, you will never get your money back from them

AT ALL COSTS STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE…. I deposited £40 into this site and got up to £400 within the welcome bonus. I had around £500 left to wager and they just cancelled the bonus and took away the remaining balance for no reason at all! *Update*
After finding out the documents and images needed to verify my account I sent these off via email yesterday (13/04 at around 16:30). I had an email reply this morning (14/04 at 11:32) my address and payment method had been accepted but asking for both front and back of my ID, I sent this and had an email 3 hours later stating my account had been fully verified.
So less than 24 hours!
I have now made withdrawal request and am told it will take up to 72 hours to process, so will update again.

Great website with good games, live chat was easily accessible with good customer support. I accessed chat as have withdrawal pending and asked how to verify my account for the withdrawal to process.
Feeling uneasy about negative reviews left but will update this review once resolved.

To be honest, after reading all the 1 star reviews I wasn’t holding out much hope of getting my withdrawal processed… it takes a while to get verified and they can take a bit of time to reply via email but once verified they processed my withdrawal and it was in my bank account in a matter of minutes.
