Over the years, my dogs have chosen a carpeted , small bedroom as their emergency bathroom. I decided to pull the carpet and replace it with a laminate floor. It was important that it would work well next to an aged, wide pine floor in the adjoining room. National Floors was the best answer for me. From the attentive salesman, to the incredibly careful and polite installers, this company gets five stars. They communicated with me to confirm time and installation at every step. I recommend th to my friends!

I was very happy with the installation of my rug from National Floors Direct. The installers were timely and professional. The room had large heavy furniture in it, the installers efficiently moved the furniture. Other than the new carpet, you would never know they were there. The installers were prompt and provided excellent service. They were professional, cleaned up after removing the carpet, took the carpet away, and moved furniture back to its original place. I am very pleased with the service and the floors. I will gladly recommend National Floors Direct to others.

Customer service was very well executed and knowledgeable sales person. They did find floors that matched mine exactly. The only reason I did not give a better score was because when it came time to execute the person said that there would be a need for additional concrete material to level out the area where floors were to be replaced. That was an additional $300 cost that I did not anticipate. Also the days after all was dry I began to see areas where the adhesive was potenialy on thier shoes and have adhesive on some parts in my house. So I try and clean it off where i find it. OVERALL- workers were respectable and worked quickly.
