Wasted my time, and money, twice. They canceled my 2nd appointment knowing they were meeting my head contractor, after I pulled him from a job site for this. I’ve 6 apartments that need flooring, well over 6000sq ft of flooring. It’s much cheaper for me to buy floors locally and install, they’re not beating the best price you can find by 15%. National floors direct is for the home consumer who wants to over pay for floor. They need someone there they can pressure you into buying floors.

The salesman did not include enough leveling agent to cover the entire area causing me to have to sign a waiver before the installers would proceed. Now if I have a problem I cannot file a claim. The installers purchased additional leveling agent and completed the job

From start to finish was a great experience.Eric was knowledgeable about the products he was selling and wasn’t pushy about selling it to us. The installers was professional and on time . From the the sale rep coming to the house with samples and giving us a virtual look at what our floors would look like. The crew installing our floors and baseboards, were professional and kept their areas clean at all time. We definitely had a great experience with National Floor Direct.

The entire experience went very well. Knowledgeable representative visited my home with samples. Installation went without a hitch. Pricing was good. Warranty is even better. All in all a great experience. I will receive a gift card for leaving my true thoughts here, but that didn’t affect what I’m saying. It was a genuinely good experience.

Jay from National Floors Direct arrived at the scheduled hour to measure the area and spent plenty of time showing me samples. We were able to very closely match my original carpet. The ordering process including online completion of forms went smoothly. The two person installation team came early. They were very friendly and most efficient. They informed me of their procedure and completed the installation very qiuckly. They 'left no trace'. Definitely a well managed company.

The most terrible company. Please don’t wasting your money 💰. The only happy moment is when you are going to talk with the salesman. After signing the contract your most terrible mistake, nightmare, regrets etc will be starting.

Avoid National Floors Direct at all costs.
This company is absolutely terrible to deal with. The sales rep who came out was friendly and helpful, but failed to mention there could be “additional charges” on the day of installation. After we agreed to move forward and financed the project, the installers showed up and suddenly demanded an extra $3,500 for “floor leveling.”

That kind of surprise is unacceptable and feels like a complete bait-and-switch. When I called customer service, they were rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. They claimed the extra costs were hidden in the fine print and that the sales reps “don’t know what they’re talking about.”

This company is a scam. They lure you in with a good-sounding price, rip up your floors, and then demand thousands more once you have no choice but to continue. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Arrived at my home on time and did a quality job .

I thought the installers were ready as soon as they walked in. They knew instantly what they had to do to get the job done. Also, they were very neat about doing the job. I am very pleased with how it looks and all my friends say it looks great. I would definitely recommend them for future uses.
