Excellent Heater and very pleasant purchase experience.

Recently bought a Elite EHFH Industrial Electric Fan Heater. It arrived the next day, so far so good. When we tried it we found the fan element to be feeble and did not produce much heat. Compared to a much smaller unit we have, it really wasn't very good. We e-mailed NHS with a request to return the unit and were informed we would have to pay for the return postage (ok fine), but were also told we would not be refunded the delivery charge and be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. We challenged NHS several times on this and they point blank refused to waive any of the charges nor did they offer an alternative replacement/better heater. Terrible customer service.
