dehumidifiers and advice

Help and advice with regards to what size we needed for the job and if we needed a transformer or not also difficult delivery, which they managed perfectly.

Easy to use website

Easy to use website, quick ordering system. Delivery was a little confusing but that was due to the delivery company rather than National heater shops. Would buy from again with no issues.

Read the Very Small Print - Not good for businesses

Please be aware of the (very) small print T&Cs on returning items business to business, they will deduct a wopping 25% "Re-shelving Fee" plus you will cover the postage to return, nice to see businesses supporting business and how not to treat potential long term valuable clients. Not helpful at all and would not recommend.

Worst customer service ever.

We ordered a heater for our workshop in early December. However, due to a number of factors including the Christmas holidays we had no need to use it. When we did get it out of the box we discovered we had mistakenly ordered a heater requiring a 400 volt 3-phase power supply.

When we contacted the company we were bluntly told: "in order to use the heater you would need to get a 16a 5-pin 400v power supply installed" which is not very helpful, and no small undertaking, and certainly not possible in our leased workspace.

So we requested to return it in early January but were told that items could only be returned within 7 days, and would incur a 25% restocking fee, but they wouldn't take it back anyway.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered and we will certainly not be ordering from them again.
