Would be 5 stars, can't fault the product, ordered £650 of products then forgot a couple of trims which they did add afterwards & had delivery refunded for those, few days later I needed 1 extra panel. Then I went to Chester branch & found out it would of been of £100+ plus the delivery cheaper. If I got my order from Chester branch myself. Cost £36+vat, where I paid 43+ vat per panel online where it says online exclusive prices.

I am sorry you are unhappy. I can see that originally you placed your order and then need some other items. I have linked these together and refunded the delivery for you. But I am sorry I am unaware of the board. But it the branch delivered there would be a delivery charge.

Plastic Shower Panels
I requested samples of three different designs of plastic paneling for when I decide to renew the board that is in use at the present in the shower cubicle.
I received them and the delivery service was spot on. When I get around to changing the board I will be placing an order as I really like the design on one of the samples

Absolutely brilliant service! Changed my order twice and once was when the panels had arrived, as we thought they were darker than in the pictures but they took them back with our replacement panels.

Good delivery average product
Delivery was really good, good communication.
When you order through National Plastics it does not come from a central warehouse, it comes from a separate business close to you. Which is great as delivery was quite fast.
Needed to order a couple of extra packs as i was short through all the wastage and the delivery charge is quite high for that. However free delivery for over £100 is ok.
The quality of the product was not as good as id hoped. Even though theres batch numbers the product still had differences which is annoying. Even boards in the same pack are different.
Because of the way they are made if you have to cut across a panel to make a join you end up with a jagged edge when joining two pieces togther which is always visible ! Not good. I trued cutting. On front and behind with a new sharp blade but you will always see any joins cutting across
I would not bother using these again unless i have perfect 90 degree walls with no sinks or pipes to go around etc whatsoever
