Great job done replacing my windscreen, they just forgot to call me to let me know to come and collect it. I just waited at home longer than I needed to.

Great service
The person that fixed my windscreen went above what he should have done. When I left there was a lot of wind noise from the front of my car. I returned to the shop and the person dropped what he was doing and fixed the problem.

Efficient service
My appointment was booked through my insurance company after my windscreen was damaged by a large stone from a passing lorry. It was confirmed by phone the next day - so I was able to confirm I would be able to wait whilst the work was done.
The site is at the back of a large industrial estate, quite a few minutes walk from the nearest village.
On arrival, I was greeted by the technician and told how long the work would take.
The waiting area was basic but OK - but note no access to drinks or toilets though (neither of which I needed - fortunately).
The work was completed within the timeframe I was given and I was briefed on what to do / not to do in the following days before I left.
The two staff I met were friendly, polite and professional throughout.
Apart from the location (which is no fault of the staff), it was a good experience.
