Paint damage during screen fitting
Screen fit fine but car incurred 3 scratches through paint on bonnet and wing during fitting. Also glass shards in car.

Original appointment was invalid, with no slots available on date given.
First windscreen delivered to depot was wrong.

Long waiting time
The service was excellent – quick and pleasant.
As it was raining, I had to drive into the garage, but fortunately the appointment wasn’t rescheduled.
However, I wasn’t entirely happy with the long waiting time.
I had to drive around with cracked windscreen for a week and a half, which made me feel quite uneasy and led me to avoid main roads.

Great job, excellent service.
Easily arranged replacement windscreen for a 1980's vehicle. The technician arrived at the appointed time and did a great job. He was able to re-use the original plastic strip that secures the windscreen in the rubber surround. I would happily recommend National Windscreens.
