I did not having to pay before the job…
I did not having to pay before the job was done. I did pay up front and then when I had the windscreen fitted I was asked to pay again. I must say that I am satisfied with the fitting of the new windscreen and I found that Kim Lawrence was very pleasant and helpfull, but the rest of the company was nothing but hassel

Very good service from the staff
Very good service from the staff. We were also given a free pass for the local air museum nearby which was an enjoyable way to pass the time whilst the windscreen was being replaced.

Having been asked to go from Thirsk to…
Having been asked to go from Thirsk to York as my original appointment was cancelled by National Windscreens who were due to carry out the work in Thirsk.The York office had no idea that I was told that the screen would be completed in 90 mins.They went out of their way and completed the work within 1 hour.Very happy with your workmen but not your customer service department as it cost me £12 in fuel.
