Iʻve ordered befor... no problem. The tuna is good.
I ordered again. This time I ordered one case for me and one for my brother to try. They added a third case but declined to credit my card. Then I find out they sent all three cases to my brother who lives about 4-5 hours away in central Texas. I called and requested they correct the situation. The guy that answered said unfortunately my brother who is 75 would have to send back 2 cases at his expense. I said it wasnt our fault. Terrible customer service. Good Tuna but will not order again They dont care about their customers and dont want to correct their mistakes. Beware.

I received an email/ offer to purchase Natural Catch tuna that said I would receive FREE SHIPPING. Because I am on a fixed income, I decided to order the 24 cans to bring the price down to a little over $3 per can. So I placed the order and during checkout, I was being charged $9.95 for shipping. I contacted the company and said my email offer said free shipping with my order. I said I was ordering 24 cans and was being charged $9.95 for shipping. They said we will only offer FREE shipping on the 6 can order. I said your email did not specify that. The price per can for the 6 can order is approx $1.50 more per can. I said no thank you. Please remove both my emails from your mailing list. Today I am still receiving emails and as a result reported them to the BBB. While in the BBB website, U found other various customer complaints about this company. BUYER BEWARE.

Natural Catch is the best tuna I’ve ever eaten. I got the yellowfin tuna in olive oil and I am addicted to it. Extremely healthy and delicious. Very ample portion in each can. I have ordered several times and shipping has been fast and perfect.

I ordered a variety of this tuna and received it within two weeks. I was looking at the markings on the boxes and noted the product date and best by date on some of the boxes. The Spicy tuna box had a product date of 24/06/04 and a best by date of 06/04/2028. A bit odd to have those numbers in that order. Am I eating 21 year old tuna or 11 month old tuna? I hope to God it is the latter and not the former. Otherwise not bad tuna. I rarely eat tuna and the Natural Catch tuna was not bad. I will have to try the other flavors before I decide to order more..

I ordered the regular Tuna and I am very satisfied. I have since ordered the spicy Tuna and the Sardines. I have not had any issues with easy of ordering or the product quality since I began getting the products. Shipping is very good and in these days I usually get my product within 4 days of ordering it. Tuna is good and tasty and the olive oil is light and refreshing.

Natural Catch I ordered 2 6packs of yellow fin tuna I received 1 12pack of sardines

there is only 2 filets in the can, the rest is just junk light all mixed in together, it's not what I want when making a Tuna sandwich, why not put all filets in the can, it's a rip-off to me, can't even make a good sandwich with those 2 filets, so I will never order this tuna.

Not recieved my order to date and unsure who to contact inorder to track. Please contact me and or credit my account for the unshipped and unrecieved cans of tuna.

The product is absolutely delicious and you don't need to add anything to the tuna. It came in on time. Gave a can to a friend of mine who eats tuna weekly on Sundays. He raved about the taste and texture of the meat. Bravo!

It took almost 5 weeks to get my order. After the third week, I emailed to see what was taking so long. They replied stating the yellowfin in olive oil was on back order and offered a refund but stated in would be in at the beginning of the next week and would ship. I decided to wait. The following Monday I received a tracking number. It was just the creation of a tracking number. My order didn't ship until 9 days later after the tracking number was created.
As far as the yellowfin tuna, it's not as they describe. They claim "Our Tuna looks different from other brands and that's because we take the time to properly slice our Tuna in a Filet style." Not quite. It has a thin layer of filet on the top and the rest is chunk light tuna. So, it's a quarter of the can being filet and three quarters being chunk light.
I normally buy Genova, Bumble Bee or Starkist solid yellowfin tuna and those 3 contain a solid piece of filet.
The Natural Catch tuna tastes good, but it's no better than the three I mentioned.
I won't purchase it again.

No shipment after a month.
Paid for 48 cans of Tuna never received 1. Told it was due to cali fires, but received an ad stating they were back in stock and I could order more. had various e-mails back and forth until I requested a refund due to no shipment. Then I got ghosted. Order at your own risk.

Their food is ok for the price but the ordering process could be refined and faster

Just ok. Not what it is cracked up to be. Their advertising shows a tantalizing open can of solid tuna fillet. The narrator even opens a second can to show the wonderful [implied] can of solid, intact fillet. I've only opened one can of my 12 can order. Sure enough, there was a paper thin piece of fillet layered on top of a standard pile of flaked tuna--drenched in what appears to be more oil than tuna. The flavor is ok. I've had better from the supermarket's better brands. Nothing outstanding. Frankly, deceptive advertising will make this my first and last order. Not a fan of intentional deception, which really amounts to lying. They claim they only use tuna caught with pole and line. I might buy more if only for this reason, but how can I be sure it's true?

I found natural catch canned tuna through an online ad and immediately wanted to try it. I ordered the fiesta salad and spicy yellowfin tuna fillets. They have been absolutely delicious. They’re an easy way to improve a basic lunch salad.

Delicious tuna. Much better than anything you can buy at a grocery store. Well packaged and delivered fast.

Really the best canned Tuna I’ve ever had! It’s always fresh, I love that it comes in so many different flavors, and it’s delicious on its own making it super quick/easy to eat especially on my really busy days. I haven’t touched another brand of Tuna since I started ordering Natural Catch! Plus an added bonus, their Customer service was super quick to respond with any questions.

The product is very, very good, in fact it is excellent. Took some time to receive it (due to the holidays and the weather) but it's understandable. It's worth the wait believe me. I recommend it 100% You will be very surprised with this tuna. The flavor, the quality, the ingredients is unmatched... Miles above anything else on the market.

This is now my favorite brand of tuna. I purchased 12 cans of tuna in olive oil and I am impressed by the quality and flavor.

I've been a customer of this brand since inception and I haven't eaten any other brand since. It's the best canned tuna available in the market and nothing compares to its quality. I also love that they have a variety of flavors.
