YUMMY

I love the tuna! You can literally eat it out of the can!!! It tastes amazing. Great quality! Incredible healthy snack especially when you’re in a pinch. I love eating the tuna with some scrambled eggs, rice, furikake and chili crisp! Yum!

It started as an ordinary day. I was wandering through my kitchen pantry when I recalled a friend sent me a case of Natural Catch Yellowfin Tuna in Olive Oil. Best Tuna i've ever had

Not only is this the best tuna i've ever had out of a can, it has actual real Filets. On top of the customer service of this company is absolutely remarkable you have earned a customer for life!

Great quality product

Great quality product, very helpful customer service. I started seeing the product online and decided to go give it a try. Glad I did, it surpassed my expectations in quality. I also had one small delay in delivery but once reported I experienced excellent customer service and a quick turnaround to my order.
I am very pleased with the response when needed and with the quality of the product. Will definitely continue to buy and support this local company.

I have been ordering from this brand…

I have been ordering from this brand for 2 years now and i plan to still be a customer. The tuna is super high quality and customer service is the best. I always get the order super quick and have a lot of my family members buying it now as well.

Liars and scammers

Paid high shipping for what was said to be 3-5 day shipping. Two weeks later and still not order. They tried to blame the California fires but I ordered several days before the first fire broke out. They had not even processed order after a week. Why then are they allowed to get away with charging higher faster shipping price. I may never get my order...Scammers

Damaged cans AND abysmal customer service

I wanted to try NaturalCatch tuna, so I ordered it on their site. During that process, there's a pop-up asking if you want to add sardines to the order. I checked that, but perhaps I erred (or the site did), and I ended up with twice as many sardines and no tuna. The order also arrived damaged and leaking sardine oil. Anyway, when I wrote to them, I shared that damage happens and there's no need to replace the leaking cans, but I'd like to figure out how to make the rest of my order work. After going back and forth, I will NEVER order from them again. Here's their EXACT reply so that you can make your own judgement about their total lack of customer service and respect: "You can see on the order confirmation it says exactly what you are ordering, so there should be no confusion. That is your original and only order, so there is nothing we can change other than replace the damaged cans. We apologize for any inconvenience."

Poor service

Poor service, customer service lies about shipping. I was notified on Monday December 30 of shipment. When I checked on Friday Jan 3rd, tracking showed no shipment. I contacted customer service w they said wait because it takes awhile for tracking to update. It is now Jan 7th and status has not changed. This business is in San Diego and I am in Phoenix. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOSERS,!

This is 100% unacceptable

This is 100% unacceptable - now the delivery is set for the 19th -12 calendar days and 9 business days - unbelievable - absolutely the worst - I paid for 2-3 business day shipping - it does not take 6 business days to process an order

Delicious tuna, good company, a tiny bit shady

Really great product. The tuna is amazing. We eat it regularly. The company is reliable and ships fast. Our orders have always been accurate and on-time.

A couple things I don't like: they sometimes advertise on Facebook and say 'no sodium added' which is not true. When I replied to the ad, they said no sodium is added to the tuna - it's only added to the oil the tuna ships in. Umm, that's not an ethical answer.

The other thing is they always offer a discount after purchase which is way better than you can get at point of sale. It's an upsell practice, which is annoying because I just wish they'd offer that price to begin with or at least occasionally. Now I just buy half of what I want and I always get the second half after, but it's annoying.

Overall, I can recommend them though and I appreciate that they sell a good quality product!
