Long story short, my shopping address was autocorrected to my old address by mistake and I wrote an email to get it changed, not even 20 minutes later I received an email back from Sina that it had been altered to my current address.

I am a US serviceman stationed in Germany, and I was forced to purchase the TrackIR 5 from a German Distributor (2Connect). When the product failed after only 3 weeks of usage, I returned the item only to find out that if you remove the sticker located on the cable that contains a serial number, the warranty will not be honored. The warranty on Natural Points website states the serial can be located in 1 of 3 places - the cable sticker (which I mistakenly removed), the software (which could not identify the camera after it failed), and on the camera itself (could not locate this one).
You spend more than $200 for a product that fails after only a couple of weeks, and neither Natural Points distributor's, nor Natual Point will stand behind their product; despite having proof of purchase which time stamps the purchase. After doing a little asking within the community using their product, this is a known hardware issue. Sticker or no sticker, hardware failure after 3 weeks of use is unacceptable - especially when you pay more than $200 for a product.
WARNING - Do not remove this precious sticker!!! If this sticker is the only place on the product that contains a verifiable serial number, perhaps Natural Point should consider charging an additional 5 cents to their product in order to place a gigantic sticker on the packaging cautioning the consumer NOT to remove it!!!
Horrible customer service! Expect more, especially from what they claim is a "small business". Buyer BEWARE!!!
Currently this is the review I am leaving for this company. I purchased their product. It has some sort of hardware connection issue and I called and left a message over a week ago. Since I have not received call back, called twice today and left messages since you don't answer the phone, and this expensive equipment still does not work I am giving this company 1 star.
If you are from EU, never buy from this company... i returned my product and didn't get a cent in return(refund)!
