Shocked to see other reviews but I had a perfect transaction. Very good communication and fair delivery time. Not the fastest considering the price though, it was £5.99 to ship one tube of Azelaic Acid which offsets the good price of the item a little. However I would personally recommend the service and will use it again as long as availability and pricing remains stable.

Be careful - products actually come from Eastern Europe, not in the English language and not sure if regulated safely by UK standards.

Also very unprofessional and dismissive communication with them and products will arrive very late .

Would therefore not recommend.

I'm glad that I checked this company before making a purchase. Customer Service feedback put me off from buying. Just wonder what they will comment on this :) .

Great order arrived on time. I have no idea what or who the bad reviews are. Authentic tracked bar code contacted the company too and legit what I ordered! Will order again.

Order serum here every couple of months, always delivered in less than a week. I don't understand all these negative reviews

Ordered on a weekend and received the item on the Wednesday. Item as expected. Naturima was the only place I could get it. Very happy indeed.

This review page made me laugh out loud. I also ordered a couple of times already and never had any issues, products well packaged, came within a timeframe as they advertise, about 3-5 days.. When I asked about the expiration date, I got a response within 30 minutes. This could also be negative competitor reviews

I haven't bought anything from this company, but afyer reading not only the reviews but the rude responses from what should be customer service I wont be buying anything.

Idk why everyone is giving such bad reviews for you guys 💀I ordered literally four days ago, got my delivery today, sealed, well packaged, everything is there.

The instructions aren't in English but Google exists why are you folks buying pills you don't know how to take 😂

I was advised my order would be with me in 3-5 days but after 12 days it hadn’t arrived I emailed for an update and challenged the time it was taking. The customer care person was very rude and said it had been posted and they had proof of postage so not their problem. I said I would complain about them being rude I have copied and pasted reply below:’

Package is due for delivery on Monday, if you don't need to don't accept it. It will be returned to us.
And don't threaten us with your complaints no one cares.

Finally arrived 14 days later and was good.

total failure, no delivery, no refund, scam!!! not warth anything!!! delivery not on time, problem to get the money back!!! rud services!!!

Is this a scam company ? As no chance to contact them and no shipping tracking system. Be careful people

When I made an order, I was shure, that I will get product from UK.I got a parsel from Lithuania and product was made in Poland.

I ordered a shampoo and conditioner. After 2 weeks, I got only shampoo from Lithuania by post. It is not a british company

I constantly order from them, never had any issues, orders arrive on time and so many niche products that I cannot find elsewhere. Will use it again.

I ordered KARMVET STRESS RELIEF FOR DOGS & CATS 60 on 7th of august. but I could received any product from naturism. I send you several messages but there is no respond!!!! THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CALL!! NO MAIL ADRESS !! how is is possible??? I never be faced that kind of situation before. Horrible online shopping service I had never experience before! Please give my money back urgently!!!!
