I don't usually leave reviews, but after seeing the many unfair reviews about Naturitas, I felt compelled to share my personal experience. I placed an order on June 27th and received a confirmation email immediately. The next day, I got another email with a tracking number, indicating my order had shipped. I could track its journey to the UK, but once it cleared customs, there was a delay of five business days.

After reading some of the reviews here, I became anxious. I filled out the contact form on the Naturitas website, explaining the situation to their customer support team, but honestly didn't expect a response. To my surprise, they contacted me the same day, a Saturday no less (thank you, Paula!), and reassured me there was a slight transit delay. I’m not sure if they reached out to the shipping company, but my parcel started moving again right after I contacted them.

My order arrived today, about a week and a half after the purchase date, and I couldn't be happier with it. I’d like to thank Naturitas for making it possible to order products that aren't available for purchase here.

I paid a premium shipping fee only to have the package left at the door in bits. I have lost over £20 and despite regular follow up to the company, I receive no response.

I placed an order last week and I've just received it, service was fast and effective, I got the items I ordered, they were well packaged and I had no issues with anything. I had got worries after reading the many negative reviews on here, but my experience has been 100% positive, I will use this site again to order products I cannot find anywhere else in the UK.

They took money from my bank account twice , then only gave me one payment back , and I still have not received any items! Definitely not recommending this company to anyone ,

Ridiculous website!
I purchased three products from them, unfortunately, the parcel got stolen as the dumbass Royal Mail driver left the package in plain sight during the day.
After two months of trying to chase both Naturitas and Royal mail, they said they can't do anything about it and offered me a 5£ discount coupon. Hilarious. Do you think I would buy from you again?

Ordered on 22 March, almost a month passed by with no product or communication from the company. Moreover the delivery fee is 8£ and should be tracked 48h, what a joke. This custumer support has no phone number or chat, when you complete a online form they don't even give you a receipt, so could be just an placebo effect. If you want to receive what you buy, choose another merchant.

Just got my delivery! After reading reviews on here I was very scared! Though they always replied to my request for info by filling in the form, and the tracking was also good. Everything arrived, the correct items too. I spent £65! Just took 12 days!

Items cheaper than other sites, shipping was was cheap. Tracking was good.

I made an order more than 3 weeks ago. Not only I never received it but I have tried contacting the company 4 times and they never responded. I spent £190 on this order.... can you believe this? I don't even know what to do at this point. Have I just lost all that money? Please don't order from them...

From ordering to receiving they where great ... I was kept updated and they made you aware right from ordering that the delivery would be at least 10 days and that’s how long it took to delivery… the products where reasonable priced ..

I ordered vitamins on this site. They were delivered on time, without delay, and were perfectly packed.

My order hasn't arrived and on tracking, Royal Mail says they are still waiting fir it. Have emailed them but no reply - yotally disgusted with them and myself for not checking on them first.

This is the most unprofessional website ever. I ordered a specific product - they sent me something else and claim that I can't return the incorrect product now, or I have to pay shipping to Spain! I guess I should be lucky I even got something shipped...but ridiculous to be honest. Don't order anything on this website!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would have. Someone should report these guys to the UK regulator!

So happy that I found a place to buy organic natural coffee replacement. It's our third time in our household of ordering Chicory Cicoria. I buy in bulk to save the cost for the product as well as on delivery cost. Also glad that the company offers loyalty program where I can have further savings.

Received order but noticed that some of the products were listed on website as gluten free. On looking at the packets which arrived it clearly stated that it had wheat listed in the ingredients. Tried to get in touch, no telephone number so completed form more than once but never received a response. Will not bother using them again.

Payed for my big order and never came to me.
I have tried to get my order or my money back and they make it impossible.
Still, after more than 3 weeks, waiting for my products to come home.
They don't take responsibility at all.

I have ordered 3 bottles of vitamin pills but the parcel never reached my address. And I already send 3 emails to let them know, but they never reply my emails. It's almost 2 weeks now. There are no any contact number on the website.
I pay over 70 pound for the 3 bottles.
It's most likely a scam website.

The first water container I ordered with a special attachment for colonics arrived minus the attachment That time I did get a reply and a refund I decided to order the water container again with the colonic attachment. It arrived but I could see the attachment on the bottle is no way especially for colonics - it's just a standard pouring spout with a very large short piece of hose on it- Way too big for any colonic attachments. Moreover this hose barely fits onto the container and comes off within seconds of turning on the water.
I wrote to Naturitas straight away with photos but they have ignored all my emails. I'm not sure what to do - I asked them for a copy of their complaints procedure but have still heard nothing Avoid this company at all costs! Never buying from them again!

Believe the reviews. I ordered a couple of products and one of the products didn't match the ingredients of what was on the website. I contacted them and they actually got back via e-mail, but said the product matched what was on the website and wouldn't be able to do anything. When I checked, they changed the website product page to display the updated product and not the one I ordered, so clearly this as been well thought out on their end. Luckily I took screenshots to prove this change. Regardless, I had to go through Paypal claims to sort it out. I wish I came here before ordering from them. This is clearly a company that operates with no code of conduct and doesn't deserve my custom.

Completely mess, I do not recommend, you will be lucky if got any money back
