I wouldn't even give this company one star! Everything about this company is wrong! The image of the Woodworking Sailor Shirt Jacket doesn't even come close to what the actual product looks like. It is very poorly made with cheap materials and off colors. If I had seen the actual product in advance I never would have thought of purchasing it, let a alone paying over $90 for it, on sale!!!! I ordered the item on 11/17/18. It did not arrive until 12/22/18,even though according to tracking, it arrived in the US on 12/16/18. I ordered a 2XL for my 6'6" 230 lb. son who normally wears an XL Tall, I received a 3XL which actually fits my 5'4" 105 lb 13 year old son! Ridiculous! Wish I would have read some reviews on this company before ordering!!!!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered a large jacket the beginning of November. For a Xmas gift. I receive the jacket in an xxl on Christmas Eve. It was still too small. Too late to replace with another gift, so I had to give a gift I knew to be wrong.

I bought two jackets from this company after seeing an ad for them on Facebook. One of the jackets had strange measurements and did not fit well but the other jacket fit perfectly. The issue was that they said they don’t accept returns for items on sale and the one I wanted to return was on sale. They offered a replacement but I wasn’t really interested in their other jackets but even if I were I would have run the risk of spending more money shipping jackets back and forth than what the jacket is worth. Furthermore, the majority of their clothing items were on sale. That obviously puts consumers in a precarious position. Fortunately, I sweet talked them into accepting the return. The company is located in the Netherlands and therefore has to pass through customs. Shipping was $40 and the UPS clerk asked for a phone number for the company. I checked their site and did not find one. I e-mailed the company for a phone number and took the jacket home intending to ship it after receiving the phone number. The customer service representative said they don’t have a phone number, which increases the risk of it being returned. At this point I have decided to sell it on EBay. I am very happy with the jacket that fit perfectly but order from Nautical Mood at your own risk.

If I could give this company no stars I would have done they are terrible. I ordered a black Capstan jacket in a medium size and they sent me a black and red lumber jacket in extra large. I have tried contacting them the past 4 days to ask for a refund and a replacement jacket but they have ignored all my attempts to contact them.

They sold leather jacked and send me a "raincoat" plastic jacket.
China 1 - me 0

Most of the products are cheaply made, with plastics and buttons, the sizes are all wrong due to the clothing being designed in another country. Overall I wouldn’t risk buying stuff from them.

I wish I could give them no stars. Ordered a shirt on 11/22/18 and never got a shipped email.
Sent a follow up email asking where is the order on 12/3 with no response. Just sent another email on 12/9 asking again.
They have horrible customer service and I not sure if the company is a scam or not. Buyer beware!!

Caveat Empor or buyer beware. Don’t recommend. Why: Placed order Oct 31 for a size Large Tainted Woodworker flannel shirt. I did not receive a confirmation until Nov 6. Received the order Dec 7. I received a shirt labelled 2XL but it fits like a small. I can’t wear it. No quality control. No response back from Nautical Mood. Wasted my money. Caveat Empor / buyer beware.

Chinese brand, same as masorini.com, sells the same cheap stuff. Poor quality, no returns, no customer support, a lot of fake positive reviews. Stay away from it.
