The salon itself is average, but I had a very negative experience with the owner, Palakkumar Thakkar. His behaviour towards women made me and my partner extremely uncomfortable. He offers “free treatments” with questionable intentions, and I do not believe this is professional conduct. I would strongly advise women to be cautious and consider whether this is the right place for them.

The team in Woking were very friendly and welcoming, the salon was very clean and tidy.
My wife had done manicure with Pooja. She provided excellent service to her. We will go again & again.

I had my eyelashes done and the staff was amazing! She was so attentive to detail and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. I absolutely loved the results – my lashes came out perfect! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, a few days ago I tried this place for eyelash extensions. The quality of the materials used was very poor, and the result was nothing like their sample work. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed

I had BIAB infills done here a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately I won’t be returning. The nails are bumpy, the polish is messy, and they are far too thick. On top of this, the salon adds hidden charges — despite confirming prices over the phone, the total changes when you go to pay. For example, I booked a wash, cut & finish but was charged an extra £25 just for having my hair straightened after the blow dry (something that’s always been included everywhere else I’ve been). At my nail appointment, they also added £5 for ‘removal’ even though I was just there for infills.

On both visits the final bill was more than what was quoted, and when questioned about it they became argumentative. Sadly, the combination of poor quality nails and unexpected costs means I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

Lovely welcoming staff, nice clean fresh salon. I booked for my daughter and myself to have wash cut and finish and my daughter had nail extensions and polish and I had manicure and polish.Checked and confirmed the total price when I booked. All done really well but was surprised when I as charged an extra £25.00 each for the straightening finish which has always been included in the price quoted at all other salons I have used.

Visited again yesterday to have an infill for myself and my daughter, double checked the price before confirming and once again charged an additional £ 5.00 each for removal which when I asked on the phone was part of the infill process.

Didn’t complain just decided I will not use them again as there prices look good when you book but they charge whatever they want. Seen lots of reviews since that say exactly the same.

I HAVE BEEN OFFERED A REFUND OF THE £10.00. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT IT IS NOT ABOUT YHE MONEY IT IS ABOUT BEING UPFRONT ABOUT YOUR COSTS WHEN BOOKING. I SAID WE BOTH WANTED INFILLS AND A FRESH COLOUR. THE MANAGER HIMSELF CONFIRMED THE PRICE WHEN I BOOKED. HIS RESPONSE IMPLIES I WAS FULLY INFORMED ALL THE WAY, WHICH IS NOT TRUE, THIS HAS MADE ME EVEN MORE ANNOYED, I TRUED TO EXPLAIN THAT THEY NEED TO BE CLEARER WITH PRICING, I SPOKE TO STAFF TO CONFIRM THE PRICE BIOTH TIMES BEFORE II BOOKED. GREAT THAT HE CALLED TIO TRY TO RESOLVE BUT DON’T NOW CALL ME A LIAR. I INITIAALY GAVE A 3 STAR REVIEW BUT THE RESPONSE HAS MADE ME CHANGE MY MIND.

Viola did a lovely job on my hair, really nice and well looked after through the whole experience and got exactly what i wanted

Aneta was a wonderful therapist. She suggested a good facial and the experience was overall relaxing and great.

Visited Navara brow 10th July & Jot was professional & thorough with the wax of upper lip & brow,will visit again.

First time pedicure customer. Enjoyed the big comfy chairs for pedicure. Was there for an hour, took her time and it was relaxing. Very accommodating and let my small daughter do her colouring by me, and also painted her toe nails at the end for which she was delighted.

Overcharged me, upsold me without telling me and then expected me to pay the extra. I was a first time visitor so didn't know exactly what to expect and I believe they took advantage of that. I asked for a certain treatment and they gave me something slightly different that was an additional fee and charged me extra for gels when I didn't ask for them. Wouldn't go back.

I was then in a long 'discussion' with them about the fact I wasn't informed of any additional pricing along the way and was told that they apparently did tell me the cost at every step, something I'm sure I would remember since I was there... Not cool.

We managed to come to an arrangement in the end but it still wasn't ideal. I just accepted because the constant back and forth was so frustrating.

Jaspreet gave an amazing head,back and neck massage.Will definitely visit agaon soon.

I went for a leg wax.
Heta was very nice and did a good job she went the extra mile as I asked if she could do a removal and re application of gel for my toes which wasn't a problem...thank you Heta.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is that the wax wasn't completely removed from my toes.
I definitely will return
