Sehr schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Gewährleistung zum MS Surface Pen V4. Am Sonntagabend habe ich das defekte Pen bei Navifuture.de per Mail reklamiert. Noch am selben Abend wurde die Mail beantwortet! Ich sollte das defekte Pen an Navifuture senden. Das hab ich dann auch gemacht - binnen weniger Tage wurde ein neues Pen zugestellt. Super Service! Unkompliziert und den Kunden wertschätzend. Weiter so 👍👍👍.

Opel Mokka und Renault Zoe Navigation.
Dass man für Updaten bei Opel und Renault bezahlen muss, ist für nicht akzeptabel. Das System ist ja nicht einmal aktuell beim Kauf Updaten und ist veraltet. Hyundai gibt sieben Jahre Updaten auf TomTom.
Kostenlose Updaten auf ein USB wird verweigert von Opel und Renault. Nicht einmal, wenn das Handy angeschossen ist, wird das Navi nicht mal aktualisiert.
