Thank you so much for your message. I really appreciated your help with the booking — the flight was brilliant and everything went smoothly.
The only small downside was that after an early flight we weren’t able to access our room until after 3pm, so we had to wait around for quite a while.
Overall though, we had a good experience. Thanks again for your support, and I’ll be happy to keep you in mind for future trips.

At the beginning when I was booking my trip to Disneyland Paris David reassured me that he would support me with all enquiries which he did at the beginning of. This lasted a short time when it was getting nearer to the time of flying I called and message as they only reply on WhatsApp to ask for my documents which was never coming . Finally an Amy agreed to make sure I received everything which she sent the documents but brought to my attention that I had not paid for transport which she sorted straight away . Both consultants agreed for me to get a gift voucher for the stress that was caused I received nothing .when I arrived at the hotel I was booked for 3 adults one child instead of 2 adults 2 children .Disney was amazing but I would not recommend this company there is plenty more available .

David was really helpful and answered all my questions, booked quick and easy!
