Good charter company, yacht in good shape, Team understaffed at the base

We bareboat chartered for one week in May sailing the Eastern part of the island on a Bali CatSmart. The boat and the service were perfect. Highly recommended.

Mostly great. One non working toilet. Many/most hatches leaked. Other than that, well equipped and everything we needed. Staff was helpful.

Boat immediately ready to go as soon as we arrived at marina. Very friendly and and helpful staff welcome on arrival and welcome back on return. Comfortable boat with (almost) all systems working the entire time.

We had a fantastic 6 night sail on Stellar. Boat was well maintained: generator, A/C, sail, auto-winch, fridge/freezer, showers, toilets, dinghy-everything worked!

Small very manageable base, deck crew and front desk friendly and fast to solve any issue. My booked boat (Maravela) was just great. Comfortable, roomy, and sailed beautifully.

The boat was everything that we expected. Support at the base was excellent and Naz was extremely helpful in the walk through and support. It was a perfect vacation!

I found the customer care department to be slow to responding to emails. However, they are professional. I recommend that no email to customer service goes unanswered for more than 4 business hours.
