The mower is outstanding

The mower is outstanding. The app is very user friendly. Only suggested improvement might be a better user manual that gives more instructions on how to operate the mower such as mapping.

I206 Great product & Performance

Delivery time and packaging was great. My product arrived in perfect condition and performed exactly as specified. I can’t believe I waited so long to buy my i206. I have an uneven lawn and areas of water and mud. This guy “ROBIE” had no issues whatsoever.

Out of the box

Out of the box, auto mapping feature did not work. It was a very hard set up and understand how the mapping works. For some reason it did not recognize my Lawn so I had to snap it manually.
I’m not sure what the camera does or if it’s any functionality because it is no tackling on the corners that wasn’t tackled during the set up which causes scratches on the body also, it’s really hard to get into the corners so there’s more areas that I need to trim that I would like to I think for the money that I spent I expected a little bit more functionality as on my previous robots, some of them was functioning a lot better

I shopped around and settled on the I206 AWD

I shopped around and settled on the I206 AWD model. Made a few phone calls to Navimow with questions, I got great responses and directed to their website for a great discount. Set up was easy although I struggled some with the mapping, I'm no gamer. The app is good and the online chat is very helpful. Lots of versatility and options. With some practice I'm very satisfied and my yard looks great. Biggest plus is I don't have to sweat with a push mower now.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 was it’s just too new

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s so new. I think setting up the mower was easy enough and the operations of the mower were fine. The App is ok bit as easy to use off the bat that could also be me.

I had a accident last year

I had a accident last year. Which left me with both legs broken . So I can’t mow any more . I brought the Segway’s mower. It has taken the worries out of taken care of my lawn. I am elated to how easy it is to operate . Thank you.

H220: Amazing Mower!

Delivered as expected. Easy setup. Quality app with clear directions. Amazing mower: NaviMow H220. Lawn already looking manicured after just one week.

Only issue: There is no video tutorial for mapping nor any clear guidance on auto vs. manual mapping. Also, when manual mapping how accurate and how close to the edge must you be? A simple video tutorial would have clarified. However, the app was reasonably self-explanatory.

Ordering was easy, impressed with the product

Ordering was easy, had pre-ordered the x4 series as soon as it was available, super happy with the mower so far, it ships right to the door. So all in all very convenient.
So far i am nit saving any time on mowing, as i just enjoy watching the robot doing the job.

Segway a stellar company

Segway a stellar company. They've been in business for quite a long time and this piece of equipment shows it very well thought out works like a charm I can honestly say I've been wowed. The purchase went very smooth very quick the delivery of the equipment was very fast if you're looking for a robotic type mower because you're tired of cutting your own grass this is the one to buy.

Does what it was designed but

I love how it cuts but having some issues with how to setup zones and get it to cut in a more logical order it went back and forth in a 5ft circle before for about 15min in the middle of open yard. Cutting all the zones I have setup if I’m cutting them all I wish it would enter the next zone to save time instead of going zone by zone. When it backs out of its garage it turns to quickly got tangle on my grill cover cord before and just kept going where it just backed up 2 ft and did zero then it would clear everything.

Technology finally caught up at a reasonable price.

Have wanted a robot mower for years, since the very first ones came out and haven waiting for technology and prices to catch up with my wishes. I think you have greatly succeeded. We live on a corner lot at the top of a hill. We have a yard that’s not flat, with several walkways, 5 large trees , several non-rectangular flower beds, with bushes along fences, some narrow strips of lawn between fence and sidewalks and a detached garage+storage shed. The first two spots where I placed the charging station at edges of lawn did not have a good enough GPS signal, so I decided to use the provided antenna. Took me almost two hours just to explore the edges of the property with the antenna placement feature of the app. Every highly recommended position either had no power available for the charging station or would have required that I string the antenna cable across a walkway or the driveway. After viewing the post about off-zone placement of the charging station and learning how to create a Chan el, I chose one of “light green” signal areas at the edge of a flower bed and was able to pass the self-check. I then spent almost 8 hours over three days mapping all the mowing zones, excluded zones and channels until I was satisfied with the results. Robot is now working very well.
I’m also very happy with the 60 minute recharge time — the indoor robots take three hours.
