Easy to fill out the application and quick response time

7 months ago I finish pay my loan. Of course i pay on time
I try borrow again and every singiel month is declined. Always is the same story. Please try next month. Over and over again. No point is call there becouse you always listen the same bulshit. No respect for loyalty customers!!!

Been with this company for years, never missed a payment and yet been refused further credit. Will not be taking out another loan with this company ever again

They resubmitting my claim and then called me to have me explain my expenses. Which was great.

Like most I have been a customer for years ,I pay every single week never miss, I have photo I'd my loans where so low 1 was £38 and was refused !! so I decided to pay them off and start saving the money I paid them ...Guess what better in your pocket....they don't care about loyal customers.

Handled seamlessly

This company used to be brilliant, I've been with them around 4 years,but have become really bad in the past months.my comment will mirror so many others on here that state applications are now being rejected as customer doesn't have a passport or driver's license! I have never had trouble before getting loans from this company but I rung up to ask if there was any other I'd I could use and the gentleman who answered just said " no sorry can't help you" and hung up! No trace left of the caring and reasonable company it used to be! Just feel like I've been dumped by them but they don't mind taking rest of payments from my bank monthly still.Our Christmas was quite lame tbh cos we was relying on these loans being renewed to get things for Christmas! Like all the other loan companies they lure you in,then end up going bust because they stop giving a damn about customer service and loyalty,then they fade out into obscurity and it's a shame because if they hadn't gone and messed around with that daft portal and kept changing things when it was fine already it would have continued to be a great company!!

Never had an issue with Naylors Finance. Great communication, not pushy at all and they understand real people and personal situations.
Very easy to deal with from start to finish, they tell everything you need to know before you commit and there are no hidden surprises or shocks! Friendly staff and easy to get in touch with, no automated machines relaying usless info. Highly recommend

Very good Company

I would stay away after 5 years of been a customer several different agents and i went threw a bad personal experience last year and becuase of this i cant use this company for another few years and the gentleman i spoke to wasnt helpful and rude also made a compaint and not heard a thing bad this company used to be a fantastic company i reccomeneded alot i dont think this will he happening any more
