Don't bother with this company been…
Don't bother with this company been with them years & now they've changed there criteria n system I'm unable to renew or apply for any other loans off them has I don't have any photo id (driving licence or passport) to prove my Id even though ive been a customer with them for several years & paid by standing order direct from my bank every fortnight n not missed a payment doesn't matter cause now if I don't have photo id they don't wanna know.. proper devastated & left feeling deflated just before christmas

I'm absolutely devastated I've been a reliable customer I only owe £37 and all loans finished it asked me on the portal to reapply 7/12/22 i just done that and got rejected again I really built up my hope's for my kids Xmas thinking I would be accepted because my final payment of £37 is 26/1222 I'm wondering if there's anyone who can sort this and offer me anything iam not looking for a large loan my post code is cf433ra I've already spike to someone on the phone but I hung up as I was to upset
