Just terrible
Just terrible. After waiting for ten minutes they hanged on my face!!! Not only once, but twice!!!
Poor service. Avoid
Extremely poor service especially when living and/or travelling abroad. Rigid procedures, no solutions provided, questionable and often contradictory advice, responsibility assigned to the customer, a foreign country(!), shop owners(!), basically anybody else but the Bank.
Similar torturous experiences on two separate occasions.
Avoid, if you can.
Customer service non existent
I have been waiting for one hour and a half to receive assistance abt an online payment with my card. Every person that picked up the phone passed the call to another one. The line fell twice. Eventually, at abt 8 pm I made it through the identity verification, then the employee put me on hold and probably left the office and went home. Literally impossible to receive any help from anyone here. I work as a customer service advisor for a bank too, so I know the job. I think the level of their service is just ridiculous.
Customer Service is nowhere (literally) to be found.
Following three failed attempts for someone to pick-up at their customer service, with an average waiting time of 50' per call, I must say that I am disappointed.
Their values of "...Placing the customer in the center of the business.." does not stand with the way they currently act and treat their customers. When I reported the extensive waiting time, I got a generic automated response from their system saying that I should send them an email and wait another 4-5 working days.
It is not a decent practice, to treat customers in that manner.
Unsolicited charges
They started charging us for the renewal of an expired debit card. There was no alert before.
The CC response was inadequate: there was a notification in ATMs - which I never use and the only way to get a refund is to return the card at at physical branch - in the middle of a pandemic.
specifically for internet banking
i have no complaints other than the fact that the user interface could be better. it recently got updated, but it's still not as good as i have seen elsewhere.

No answer to emails. An answer at FB to call a telephone number. I called the number, go to a branch.
I only like to have answered a very simple question. I am going to inform my employer also about this.

Start using i- bank August 2018. It was my first time that I was about to use service's from an e-bank. It's easy and i- bank have great features.
