This company is a complete scam. I was attracted to buy a suit from them because of the affordable prices. I placed 2 orders in October 2022. The first one arrived that December and I was told the second one was at the dry cleaners and would be delivered within 10 days. Feeling confident, this suit was on the way, I made the mistake of sending money for a 3rd suit in January 2023. It is now June 2025 and I have come to the conclusion I will never receive the suits I paid for in Oct 2022 and Jan 2023. NCG’s website and FB accounts are shutdown and I’ve decided to never purchase anything from China again.?

Scam. They take your money and don't ship the suit. They ignore you until you go away. stay away!

If negative stars would be available, I use them. From what I can tell they are a total scam. You pay upfront, and they don't deliver ANYTHING! At first they apologize, and offer to remake the suit and send both if they find the first one, but that didn't happen.

Placed an order and sent measurements in mid 2024 and as of Jan 3025 no suit received. Sent numerous emails and at first they responded apologizing and that the suit will be made. They stopped responding to emails in the last month. The worst experience of all the online tailors I used.

Ordered several suits. After a much longer than advertised wait, the first one arrived and was made to almost random dimensions. I've bought bespoke suits before, so it wasn't the measurements I provided. I was promised a free remake, but months later hadn't received anything. I didn't want to bother them, but the rest of the order was so far beyond any reasonable timeline that I finally emailed. I was given excuses, promised immediate shipping... and received nothing after additional months of waiting. I finally filed a paypal claim, at which point they went berserk, cancelling my account and blocking me. I made a youtube video about the experience and have heard MANY similar stories from others in the comments.

Saw them on Instagram with an ad offering a phenomenal price so I ordered a suit. They emailed me to say they will not fulfill my order and blocked my account without any explanation. I never ordered from them or had any interaction with them before, so that wouldn't have been an issue. If they can't manage an influx of orders, then they probably shouldn't be offering steep discounts for new customers. EDIT: waited for over a week for the refund and eventually had to talk to my credit card bank to get refunded.
Don't be fooled by the promos. Avoid this company and don't waste your time with them. The silver lining is that my order was cancelled right away instead of being held in limbo like users who posted reviews on forums.
