Jamie Jones is a definite (more than 5 star) lady.

As a new business owner, I was stressed about filing my personal and business taxes as well as renewing my LLC in both Wyoming and Tennessee. I had a number of questions about the renewal process, and Rhoda answered them all with courtesy and kindness and a genuine desire to help. Any time that I spoke with her about my renewals, Rhoda provided prompt and kind assistance. She handled my annual reports on my behalf, which was such a relief.
