NDBD Reviews 

I wrote to these scammers several times, but with not much success. They still did not reimburse my money, for an order I placed on November 22. My only contact is with a certain "Katrin" from the EU department of the NDBD, and these emails seem more as an automatic reply. They keep mentioning the "10 days" business days they would need in order to reimburse, but those are long past, and the story is the same.
Does anybody know a way to sue them? Did someone try to take them out from the market?

I've received my iPhone 6 today. Though a little later than anticipated, for which NDBD apologised for in an email, I'm happy with the phone, it is exactly what I ordered.

I am writing to you complain about your absolutely abysmal customer service. This is the third time I have emailed your company without reply.

My order 528-2680 was made on the 1st of December and I am STILL waiting for delivery. After checking my receipt I noticed that I chose free shipping within 6-8 days. Why have I still not received my item? And more importantly, why have you not responded to my queries?

Knowing that I wouldn’t have my item by xmas I would NOT have purchased it and therefore will NOT be purchasing anything from yourselves again. This also includes myself leaving a honest and fair review on your website.

I understand that Christmas is an incredibly busy time but I have given you opportunities to explain why my item hadn’t been shipped and you have chosen not to respond.

In fact, my item was not even shipped until AFTER Christmas. This was 25 days after my initial order. With no communication from your end I find it completely unacceptable.

So my question is, what are you doing to rectify this? This was a MAIN present for my fiancé and I feel like I have let him down. Although in fact it is not my fault, I ordered it in plenty of time for Christmas it should have been delivered in plenty of time but for some reason you have either held back my order, or you took my order when there wasn’t actually any stock.

Please respond in a timely manner. Although I am not hopeful.

Horrified by this company .. it is shocking to know this company is legally trading with customers based on lies from the get go. On the 25th nov i ordered an iphone 6s for my teenage daughter for her main xmas present, obviously the phones are expensive so i shopped around for the best deal which of course was ndbd ! After waiting the expected 6 to 8 days for delivery and not recieving it i began to contact by email, chat and phone which is when all was unveiled. No replies by email of chat or face book ... so i decided to call and to my surprise the number was a different company called one digital !!!! After reviewing both ndbd and one digital it appears the are the same company and with over 1000 bad reviews between them both i was shocked to learn that these companys are still trading why have these companys not been stopped in their tracks ?? I decided to cancel the order straight away after reading the bad reviews so the 6th of december i actually got a reply stating the order has been cancelled and will take up to 10 working days on ndbd side and a futher 3 to 5 working days on my banks side to process it has now been 15 working days excluding xmas day and st stephens day and no refund ? I will email them again as i did on the 25th for an update hoping they would reply the next working day but nothing as of yet. I am really hoping they will deliver the refund in the coming days and i can leave a positive ending to this review and give everyone else a glimer of hope ... i will keep you all updated as soon as i hear from them order # 530 2775 #update as of today 8th of jan I have sent another 3 emails requesting for ndbd to notify me when my refund was issued by them and of course no reply ! Now im not even getting the automated service email stating they have recieved my email 😠😠 where is my money NDBD ???

a true disaster. The phone I ordered never arrived, I was let waiting on the phone for hours before I could file the claim and I am still waiting for the refund which may never arrive. Please avoid to buy here, there are many other eshops with better service and same or even better prices.

How much time do you need to give me back the money?
NDBD IS A UNRELIABLE COMPANY. Do not buy anything here. My order was submitted at 24.10.2017 and they promise a 7 days delivery. Until now I didn't received my parcel and they stop answer me when I request my money back (300€)

I received an email from customer service saying there was an issue with my order despite having taken the money. If I had not emailed I do not believe I would have received any contact. I have tried to call, I have emailed and sent messages through the website and have still not heard anything from customer service. Still waiting to hear what the status of my order is. Order no 530-3055.

Iphone 6s ordered two weeks ago. It said that it would be shipped in 6-8 days. No answer from NDBD just a tracking number that shows that it was sent to "Logistic Solutions" on 14th December 17.

Trash company, waited ages for the phone to be shipped so decided to cancel. Been ages haven't received refund and customer service is unresponsive, will be contacting credit card company. Learnt my lesson from this site , do research on the site before you order! ORDER 531-2590

NDBD is a scam, do not buy from them.

Their M.O. is the following:
1. You buy the phone which usually takes weeks to arrive (so that you have less time to enter a complain with the credit card company.
2. A faulty phone arrives and you are obliged to return it, of course they ask you to pay the return shipment;
3. They receive the phone and restart the scam with another victim.
Their support site is fake, you receive ticket numbers that can no be used later on and your purchase suddenly disappears from their records.

My advise, stay away from NDBD and buy from a trusted source.

Bought what was described as an apple iPhone 6s for our daughter, it worked fine for a while, but when it failed to pick up signals, the apple store documented that the phone is a fake. In other words we have bought counterfeit goods. We feel cheated and disgusted. The communication with the company is appalling, despite calls and daily mails. We demand a refund, but have only been offered a repair. We have now taken the case to trading standard.

I ordered iphone 6s and paid for him 419€. It didn’t arrive and they didnt refund me money back. I order it at 7 august 2017. Don’t order from this company !!!

This company is a joke. I ordered an iPhone 5c for my daughter as a surprise for Christmas from ndbd Ireland. The order was received by ndbd on Nov 27th, it is now Dec 8th and nothing. I've tried calling and only get through randomly. I waited on hold today for 45mins to be told I was next in line and then it was like someone hung up on me. I've mailed and nothing. I did get through on Monday and the girl told me it would be shipped today and I would receive a tracking number but nothing. There was zero delay in my bank balance being debited. I am so annoyed

I too purchased from NDBD Ireland the web site looked very sophisticated and looked a great website but I was totally fooled I purchased 2 IPhone 6's for my 2 children for Christmas presents delivery was 6 to 8 days ordered on 1st Nov after waiting and mailing with no detailed response only due to large demand delay processing order I was getting worried as mails not be answered most of the time phone number never answered I left numerous messages no reply at end cancelled on 28th Nov now awaiting refund but only getting generic responses really annoyed with service or lack of it. I thought I was buying from an Irish company not Hong Kong misleading. Order no. 530 2532 refund required as soon as possible

Bought iPhone 5 (refurbished) for €259 fromIreland.
When box arrived - about a week later than promised - there was no phone in it. The package had been interfered with at some point along way. In spite of numerous emails back and forth I got no satisfaction. Even provided a police report. Eventually they started ignoring my emails. Definitely not to be recommended. Contacted couriers but they told me my contract was with NDBD.

The iPhone doesn't work after a month of purchase. Repair assistance never reply. do not buy, they are criminals

Order from Belgium, it is my 2nd order. First my order is for mife... The delivery took more than 3 weeks , but it is fully functional we were happy.
Therefore we ordered 2nd one , but this time phone is not functional and I send email and message on FB and call ,but I couldn't reach them.
Then I found the site ... it is very disappointment.

I wish there was an option to rate as a no star. This company reminds me of Christmas Direct. They take your money and fail to reply when something is wrong.

In my case, I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card. I have called the customer service number with no reply from them. I have sent numerous emails with no reply from them. I have sent Facebook messages to them with no reply. I'm sick and tired of scam artist like this taking peoples' hard earned money and failing to reply to them if something happens.

In this instance, the Garda has been contacted about them being a fraudulent company and I'm trying to contact INTERPOL as well.

***UPDATE: Regarding my order 530-2817. If you check the emails from the one linked to the order, you will realize there is indeed an issue. The main one being that no one there is competent enough to run a good business.***

Unfortunately I only read the reviews after I had placed my order - big mistake. I still have not received my order or a response from anyone at NDBD. I will have to contact the fraud department asap and hope the money gets back to me eventually. Very let down.

I live in The Nederlands and in August 2017 I ordered an Iphone 6S. After 8 days I did not receive my pakket so I send an e-mail to NDBD and they said that they will send the pakket. They didn't do it till than. I have contact them many times. I have called them and send e-mails and the only thing they say is that they are waiting for a response from the courier for a refund and that I have to be patient a little more. I am waiting 3 months now and still have not reveived my phone. So people NEVER order something from NDBD UK!!!!!
