Do not use, it is a scam !!! They sell fake designer products which is terrible quality and they also never send you the right sizes or the right product. I asked for white t-shirt and got black. Then they tried sending me different colour and different size shoes !!! This mickey mouse setup should be shut down. Do not buy !!!!

I ordered nearly £300 worth of items on 27th February for delivery, having visited the store several times whilst in Kuşadası, Turkey. I was very clear about the sizes I required and specified these for each item.

After making payment, I was informed that some items were unavailable and was asked to choose alternatives. This process went on for around a week.

I received my parcel today, 19th March, and found that three out of the seven items are the wrong size. I contacted customer services and was told that it is “only one size difference”, so it shouldn’t matter, and that I should take them to a tailor.

They then told me that they are “only human” to return the items at my own cost and I would receive a replacement. Quite frankly I don’t trust them so it’s easier just to throw them away.

Just scammers!

I ordered a coat from this company and when it arrived it did not match the description and it was too big. Therefore, I asked for a refund and offered to pay for the return shipping. However, they were extremely rude and refused a refund. Currently feel like I’m lost for options. I would not recommend wasting your money.

The quality was absolutely rubbish and when I requested refund they fought to not let me return the item until I threatened to dispute. When they then accepted the return they deliberately gave me the wrong address so that I wouldn't not be able to send it back to them to which I had to correct but they had also given me wrong details for sending it back as-well causing the package to not be sent back and so they could keep my money. Beware and do not buy from them because if refund requested they will deny you of it and even when they do accept it will lie to you about details so package never gets delivered.
