I ordered two things from them which I thought would be one delivery charge no the added £10 extra delivery on top of £20 I had already paid for a jacket as I added an extra T-shirts. Was told it would be express delivery which it wasn’t took 17 days. £30 delivery and takes 17 days from Turkey 🤬. When they finally arrived the T-shirts I had ordered had no labels on it and also had a pen mark on it. I messaged them straight away asking for another one to be sent and I would return the damaged one. Their reply was take it to the dry cleaner and we will give you £10 off your next order. This was a present to someone for Christmas so I wasn’t going to wash it first and give them it with no tags on it. Long story short I paid £50 for a T-shirts which was damaged and can’t use it at all as they refuse to replace it stay back from this company.

Marvelous products, fantastic homemade Taylor suit, gently and disposable assistant in all the commercial step.... What can you want more?

I bought a parka jacket from them with the wrong size in my order. I contacted them asking if I had chosen the right size for me and they promptly recommended another size and they were right. Very fast delivery. Beautiful jacket. I will definitely make other purchases from them. Highly recommended

The size was not the same with a similar pants that I bought from the same place. There was huge difference.

Besides the good quality of shoes and their design, I would like to highlight their customer services. After changing shoe sizes 3 times (!), they kept providing me with a great service and most of all, did a great effort in paying the transport costs! Thank you guys!
