How not to pack fragile items
I ordered a bonsai tree in cermaic vase. The first one arrived in pieces so I requested a fedex call tag and item replacement, noting to be sure to wrap the replacment in bubble wrap because the first one was only held in the box by a piece of tape. Second bonsai arrived today and it's in pieces. Obviously this company doesn't know how to pack fragile items.
Bought some beautiful geraniums but…
Bought some beautiful geraniums but wanted a bedding flower smaller than 12". Called customer support for help but the person did not know what a bedding plant was. Asked for a supervisor who might be more familiar with flowers and he could not help me without an SKU. Are you kidding? In order words, NO pre-purchase support.
Give you another product than ordered
Bought an article of 60 cm I got a stem of less than 20 cm, and another article than in the pictures. When I emailed them, they said that international orders can not be returned nor refunded... WHAT?! Total fraud company do not buy here
Inferior Product
I ordered an outdoor tree. It was delivered with damaged leaves and looked to be about half the fullness if the picture on the website. It had a 5 star review which is why I ordered it. I wrote a review of the product on the website and followed all guidelines. The company never posted the review. I see now that all the products only show good reviews. Dishonest advertising.
Beautiful tree if you like white glue gun glue holding on every leaf.
Paid a lot of money for a tree that was not only missing many leaves, judging by the stubs on the branches, but each and every leaf had a thick coating of white glue gun glue around the base and strings of glue hanging everywhere. This tree wasn't even close to nearly natural.

Return policy nonexistent?
Ordered two large artificial poinsettias. Arrived separately. First one damaged. Returned and then returned second one. Not realistic and poor quality. Hard to figure out what return policy they actually offer. Assigned partial credit. Never could get full credit or a response after multiple emails. Poor customer service. Will not order from again.

WE' Ordered a bamboo tree May 21 your shipping label dated 5/25,21/ Arrived in lake Havasu 6-02-21 # 144-7034FL tag Product was delivered sometime after that, When we were not home & left on front entrance of our home. Box was severely damaged! the tree inside and hanging out of box was in 6 pieces and all material was out of the planter container totally destroyed!

Don’t buy from this company! I’ve never left a review online for anything and I rarely even go through the hassle of returning an item I’ve purchased online, but this company is so uniquely awful that I felt compelled to do both. Took forever to ship, no response from customer service after multiple attempts. Finally arrived broken with some sort of deteriorating plastic spilling out of the box all over my front porch and house. Smelled awful and looked as bad as it smelled. I bought four different “plants” each one terrible in its own unique way. So absurdly over priced for what you get, a total joke and borderline scam. Pretty sure they are playing a numbers game, just shipping boxes of trash around hoping enough people don’t want to go through the hassle of returning. For reference: the fake plants you see at “the red bullseye” retail store look far superior to what you will receive from these jabronis.

I’m only giving this one star because I have to select something to write the review. The product that I ordered did not meet the quality that I had expected. I was able to return the product through their return website. On May 21 I receive notification that my credit would only take 3 to 5 days to reach my original charge account. However it is now June 16 and I have yet to receive my credit. I’ve tried twice to contact the email customer service address and got no response. Do NOT order from this company they are horrible at customer service and the product is not a good quality. I should’ve looked up the reviews before I ordered.

I have sent emails and still nothing. I am trying to dispute the charges because nobody from Nearly Natural wants to help. Stay away from this place!!
Not worth the money
They take forever to send your order out, so don't expect it anytime soon. My tree was definitely more fake looking than they advertise. I got an olive tree and the olives were huge and hideous. Wasn't even going to bother to try to return it but definitely not worth the money. It looks okay from far away, kind of sparse, but I'll cut off the olives to make it look better. I wrote a somewhat negative review on their site and submitted it but they didn't post it. Which is when you KNOW a company is not trustworthy!

Cheap product. Poor customer service.
The tree was described as being made from the highest quality material and lifelike. It was the cheapest looking fake plant--and it was $275! I contacted them SIX times (3 voicemails, 3 emails) to return the plant ("satisfaction guaranteed") but I never heard back from them. AmEx intervened on my behalf and I finally received the full credit. Poor quality product. Poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
Biggest scam ever!
They should have called themselves “Not Even Close to Natural”! Their plants are cheap plastic crap and it’s obvious. You can’t even call those silk plants, these are plastic plants.
My first order arrived with a cracked pot. I immediately contacted them and had to email them 3 times before finally receiving a canned reply asking me to log a return request. After reading all the bad reviews I didn’t even bother and will just write this off.
Unfortunately before receiving my first order, I had already placed another order (order #225661) worth over 900 USD and I paid $723.15 with a 20% discount they offered for trees and some other plants. Half of the order has been delivered and it is the same plastic crap as the first plant I received. One plant even came with half the leaves having fallen off. I really wish I could post pictures here. It’s honestly unbelievable. I’m writing this off and I hope that others read these reviews before they waste their money on this company. It’s a very clever scam!
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I paid for overnight shipping. Then received an email saying they were backed up a week later. Cancelled the order. Never heard from them until I refused the shipment. Finally was refunded the money for the plants but not the overnight shipping.
Buy At Your Own Risk
We received an artificial potted plant with the pot shattered during shipping. We reported the damage and requested return authorization immediately in accordance with the 30-day free return policy. That was six weeks ago, and despite repeated requests and demands, Nearly Natural has not responded.
NO customer service, shipping SLOW!
I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from this company. I also experienced the same horrible customer service as the majority of other reviewers. Their customer service is non-existent. Sure, they have a “phone number”, but you wait on hold for at least 10 min, are told you are next caller in queue, and then when it’s your turn, it goes to voicemail. I left two voice messages inquiring about the shipping status of my order, and they never replied. I also sent two emails with no reply. The reason I give them as many as 2 stars is because I actually eventually received my item. I’m surprised I got it at all. It was extremely, extremely slow shipping, and the product was mediocre for the price. I will never purchase another product from them. If they would have just answered their phone or email, then it really would have helped alleviate any issue. Immediately a person feels they’ve been scammed when a company has inadequate, unresponsive phone service & email.
