I just finished reading the many poor…

I just finished reading the many poor reviews for Nearly Natural, specifically their lack of customer support and order fulfillment. Almost every single bad experience that was stated, I experienced.

I ordered a tree on 4/28/21, they failed to honor the site-wide promotion of 25% off and the product did not arrive in the time frame specified by the company. I contacted the company by voicemail, through their web page, and directly from my email to their customer support email many times and received NO response.

Today I finally spoke to a CS person and they are supposedly going to make an adjustment on my account for 25% off the tree I purchased. From the reviews I've read I may be waiting for that refund for a long time, IF it ever does get credited to my bank account.

The product, a ficus tree, is adequate for my needs and therefore I will not be returning it because I do not want to expend any more energy on this poorly run business.

As with many of the reviews, I caution anyone that this may not be a good purchasing experience for them.

One last note, the CS representative I spoke to today indicated they were understaffed and that was why they weren't responding in a timely fashion. At least they didn't use the Covid experience with me, which is wearing thin with most of us, I believe.

5/31/21 In fairness to this vendor, they actually did credit me with the 25% off within a few days of my conversation with their customer support.

Customer Service

Customer Service, especially the telephone support is terrible. I've been waiting on a refund for weeks. When I call you go into a queue. After waiting for 5 to 10 minutes it forces you into voicemail even if you are the next caller (and would like to continue waiting). Today I have called more than 10 times, left messages, left a call back number...but nothing. Finally got thru and the Customer Service Rep says they are making certain my refund is processed. I'm on hold and wonder whether the Rep will come back online. He just did and said he personally processed the refund. 3 to 5 days to see it show up. Hmmmm, I guess we will see. I did just receive a confirming email from Enrique (so I appreciate that). Also, I should note that I have good experience previously with their products, but wow, the customer service is terrible. Much of this frustration could be addressed by processing refunds on a timely basis and correcting the phone queue system so that you don't get booted out of the queue. I was obviously willing to wait. Just checking my call log, I called 14 times between 10:43 and 11:36. Most calls timed out and sent to voicemail at 4 mins. Refund arrived in my account the following day.

Don't order - fraud!

I ordered my product 6 weeks ago, my credit card was charged 3 weeks ago and I have still not received my order. They keep emailing me ads but have not returned any of my 3 phone calls or 1 email. I stayed on hold 2 times when I was told I could talk to an actual person only to get the same "leave a message" recording I got in the first place. I finally tried filling out the questions about how I liked my on-line experience in hopes of them replying to that. I told them if I didn't hear back in the next two days I would be calling my credit card company and reporting the charge as fraudulent. I have still not heard back so will be calling my credit card company.

Horrible customer Service

I ordered two flower arrangements based on advertising that returns were possible. One was much larger than I anticipated, and the other had numerous leaves that had fallen off in transit. I emailed the company several times and also called customer service. No one ever picks up the phone... you can only leave a message, which they never return. I would never order from them again.

HAVE NOT RECIEVED REFUND AND IT"S OVER TWO MONTHS OUT

I wouldn't even give them a one star but you have to click on something. DO NOT order from this company. I have filed a claim with my credit card company for an item that I returned and have yet to receive a credit for two months ago. NO ONE answers the phone, have left many messages and emails to no resolution. SCAM!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Placed my order in March and still have not received my order (it is May). I have called, emailed, left voicemails and have never received any response. The order was $700. This company truly does not care about anything. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a complete scam and waste of time.

Worst customer service in the history of businesses dating back to the Roman Empire!!!

I cannot begin to describe how bad the customer service is for this company. If I could have given them a -5 Star, I would have. You cannot get a live person on the phone for their "customer service." I have left multiple messages and sent multiple emails, with no response. I haven't received one of the items of my order and it has been months. I want a refund but cannot get one. I am filing a complaint with BBB. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ENDLESS SUPPLY OF PATIENTS!!!

No plant and horrible non existent…

No plant and horrible non existent customer service.
I ordered a tall cactus months ago and have not received it. Three weeks ago I received notice that it was delivered to JRodriquez and there’s no one in this household by that name. When I finally got a human on the phone he sàid the plant was damaged in shipment and a new one would be shipped but that was 3 weeks ago and I’ve received no communication from this company. I’ve tried to reach them by phone again and only get their automated system and have not received a call back. I’m filing a report with the better business bureau in their area. The item is paid for and I’m furious that they don’t have the ethics to even call me back. Shameful.

Be Very Weary of This Compant

Their website is false and misleading! It leads one to believe that the boxwoods (for example) are silk, since they are accessed by clicking on the "Silk Plants" header link. They are not silk, but are cheap plastic made in China; similar to ones that can be purchased for 1/3 of the price. The website states "Expertly crafted in the USA by horticulturists using the finest materials" - this is obviously false!
Customer Service does not exist! Despite emailing and calling customer service multiple times, I've never received a response.
If negative stars were an option, I would certainly rate them negative

Wish I could put zero stars

Wish I could put zero stars. Worst company that I have ever dealt with. Terrible plant/tree. Broken and looks terrible and fake. After many attempts to contact them to return the item, the only response I received was a customer service survey. What a joke. Beware of this business.

Avoid this business - false advertising

When I purchased from Nearly Natural in January, their website said they offer free returns for 30 days and satisfaction is guaranteed. This made me feel confident enough to place my order with a new vendor. (Note that now the copy has been updated to read: "Worry Free Shopping- Nearly Natural wants you to have the easiest, most worry-free shopping experience possible. And that’s not just talk – we back it up by offering you the best artificial plants in the world, a huge stock ready to go, a simple (and secure) online shopping experience, free shipping, and a hassle-free - just contact us within 30 days of purchase.*") Clearly edited in a rush, it doesn't even make sense. I've emailed them 10 times in 7 weeks, starting immediately upon receipt of my order. After 3+ weeks, I finally got a return authorization. Unfortunately, I need to return two items shipped separately so I need two labels. I've been saying that all along. Enter another 4 weeks of multiple emails without any response (nor any refund yet processed for the returned item). They have the WORST customer experience I've ever seen in my life. No packing slips, no way to self-initiate a return online. Terrible business practices. They need to be investigated. Avoid them like the plague.

Absolutely the WORST customer service

Absolutely the WORST customer service. They never returned calls or e-mails. I ordered from them and a competitor and got the other flowers in a week, three weeks later I was still trying to get a status from Nearly Natural. The website had "In Fulfillment" all that time. My order arrived in approx. four weeks. When I finally got to talk to someone he told me that wholesale orders take longer, to expect 4 to 6 week delivery. That is something that needs to be stated up front, not when you're waiting on flowers for a piece. Not doing business with them again.

Poor customer service

Can find plants of same quality at other retail outlets for much cheaper. After confirming a returned item had been received, it has taken multiple emails over several weeks to finally get a response on refund that had not been issued. Still not resolved. Frustrating experience, very.
