Very helpful Customer Support.

I was super exited to receive my memoryfoam tips for my new AirPods Pro gen 3 . Webside and buying experience was good, and later on the communication and quick response from support good. But here is my challenge the foam tips does not match the original size s/m/l also the design unfortunately makes my ears hurt after 1 hours off use (I’ve been using memoryfoam product for years daily and when flying for 8 hours straight with not issue) I was offered to return the unopened product of my bundle purschase but the open product rejected due to term and condition “hygiene product” and I understand that , but I find it problematic that size mismatch and misfit most likely will bring others in the same situation

Thanks to Oliver and the Team! My item was delayed with Priority shipping, Oliver made sure, I was kept in the loop with any update and reason why(storm in Sweden). The quality of the Memory Foam Ear tip for my AirPods Pro is a game changer when I’m in the gym.

Very easy to order and shipping was very quick. I forgot to put in my building number and email customer support and was helped by Oliver. He took great care in explaining why I had not received my order as yet and what would happen next.

I had an issue with a probably faulty cushion for my AirPod Max..
Contacted customer service and they usually solved my problem the same day

Their reply is that they have holiday. I dont live in Sweden and dont know when swedes have holiday. if im ordering a product that can "interfere" with a holiday, please inform me about it so my expectations are there after

Ordered a set and paid for express delivery.
The order hasn't even been sent yet. Two days gone by now.

No reaction on any customer question.
I send several questions about specific new products, to buy….. never get an answer.
So, now I will take my money to other companies.

I’ve spent years looking for in-ear tips that actually fit my (slightly picky) ears, and finally found them at Nearplugs! The product works, but what really stood out was the customer service.

we had some problems with the delivery by PostNL, Nearplugs offered a good solution. afterwards this turned out not to be necessary because the package was delivered anyway (2 weeks late😅). the support that Oliver from Nearplugs gave I experienced as excellent! the Nearplugs for my AirPods Pro fit perfectly and are very comfortable in my ears without them falling out! I can recommend it to everyone.

Nearplugs are perfect fit, can have my Air Pods Pro 2 on my ears whole day without me even noticing that they are there and they stay fit with these!
I can recommend 5/5!

A difference you need!
After my experience, I would give it a 4/5 since I initially got scared when I saw a strip on the box with a message saying if you tear this strip, you can’t get a refund. I was so confused! I understand it’s because of hygiene reasons, but what if they weren’t what I expected? So I contacted support and they were amazing! They responded so fast that we exchanged like 5 emails in one day 🤯 you can’t say that about other companies!
They reassured me that they do everything to keep us customers satisfied. In the end, I even got a larger size at their expense! That’s really exceptional service.
Besides all that, I want to recommend nearplugs memory foam to everyone with AirPods. It’s so much more comfortable! I was so impressed the first time. I hope this review will help others make decisions

Excellent product, the normal AirPods don’t fit that well but these Nearplugs are fine.
I had a query and customer service were quick in replying and helping me out.

I use AirPod Pro's on my motorcycle, but the L size silicon from Apple are just a bit too small, so they fall from my ears when I put my helmet on and off. I've tried many different plugs, but these L-size finally do the job. Very happy :)

Fastest and nicest customer service what i have seen! High quality products.

I had previously been using another brand of memory foam tips for my AirPods Pro 2, then I came across NearPlugs and ordered some Silicone and Memory Foam Ear Tips to try them out. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t stay in my ears, although they did feel nice. I got in touch with NearPlugs and the offered to send me some memory foam only tips to try instead, which I thought was a great getsure. When they arrived and I attached the new memory foam tips, they felt like they weren't going to stay in my ears, but once the foam fully expanded, they stayed firmly in place. The even better news is that they create a much better seal than the competitor’s tips. I did an Ear Tip Fit Test each time I wore the NearPlugs memory foam tips and each time got 100% in each ear. Whereas the competitor tips regularly failed in one ear. Needless to say I will be ordering a new set of memory foam tips from NearPlugs asap.
