Sent wrong size tips; no response from company despite sending four emails. Also noticed negative reviews are removed from their website. Comply make some excellent tips, but their UK distributor is letting them down badly. If you want Comply Foam tips, get them elsewhere.
Order arrived but was wrong size and wrong model. Contacted customer support on two separate emails and yet to hear anything. Stuck with a fairly expensive product that i cant use.
Order never arrived. On querying, I was told it had been delivered, and all future attempts at dialogue were ignored.
I'm really not sure if this is a legit company or a scam. I'll be annoyed if I've fallen for a scam. The website is full of errors, and the order gives delivery links to an Australian delivery company, not Amazon who they apparently use. If I go onto the website now, it still says my order will be processed, even though their 'customer services' have told me it's delivered.
Update, I have finally been contacted and given a refund. At least I know it's not a scam.
So customer service is slow, expect days to pass between communication. They send you a tracking link that does not work, and status page that never updates. They use a delivery method that can obviously 'deliver' without actually getting your order to the correct destination.
