HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY/PROCESS

The ordering process was simple and delivery was surprisingly fast. However....the chair covers were not the colour as depicted. We ordered the cream colour and it was pinky beige. They were also too big. We asked to return it (we made sure before ordering we could return the product) and they attempted to "save" us as customers but it was just not what we wanted. They asked us to send it back to their warehouse and provided an address in China and they required a tracking number. We went to send it back and it was $171 CAD to send it back. The chair covers cost us $116 CAD so sending it back to their "warehouse" in China would cost us more than the actual product. DO NOT BE FOOLED. They send the product from USA but expect you to return it to China. Horrible return policy and process!!!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I purchased couch covers. I did not like the covers. Return policy is atrocious. Costs a lot more to ship returns than the value of the product. They know this and its a deliberate ploy to prevent returns. For me it is a lesson learned.

Neathouz's refunds cost too much

Neathouz's risk-free, satisfaction guarantee and return/refund policy are a joke! "If you have received a product that does not meet your expectations and would like a refund, write to our customer care agents . . . In most cases you will be given a refund".
What you fail to mention is the cost of returning the item. My purchase total was $199.98. To send my purchase back via UPS would cost over $700. By USPS it would be over $192.00. RIDICULOUS!

I’d give it a zero if I could

I’d give it a zero if I could. This is nothing more than a Chinese company perpetrating theft and fraud from Americans. They ship you the wrong goods knowing it costs 4 x the price to ship it back! DO NOT BUY FROM NEATHOUZ!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY! Scammed me out of $111.46

Do not buy from this site

Do not buy from this site. The product was not as advertised. It was poor quality and did not fit the couch. Returns are not easy/not really possible and the customer service is terrible.

DON'T buy from them

DON'T buy from them! They say easy, friendly return BUT this is to China! "Sorry, our return warehouse is in China. All customers who need to return products need to send them back to our China return warehouse. Only after the warehouse receives the package can a full refund be issued. This is why I told you that returns take a long time." This is NOT worth your time or money. POOR QUALITY.

Neathouz says to fix a hole with needle and thread

I bought a couch cover which had a hole in it. A small hole, but still. That does weaken the fabric and I didn’t like the color either because I thought it was supposed be gray but it was tan/beige.
Neathouz refused to refund my money, saying I could “take a needle and thread” and repair it, and they would give me $5.
This to me falls under the category of very poor service.
