I ordered 2 pcs from them in 2021 April. I didn't get it so far. Please don't trust them. I think all my money just went down on the toilet. 3 years of waiting. Which court should i go? Worst investment ever....

Simply the worst company.
Its a scam…stay way.

Bought a miner in April of 2021 and still nothing. Kept giving me the runaround on it will ship Q4, then sorry now Q1 of next year etc... Even gave me a "free" upgrade. AKA thanks for your money

purchased a miner from Nebra with high hopes, only to find myself still waiting after two long years. As a customer in batch 4, the lack of delivery or refund is unacceptable. Even more frustrating is the complete silence from their support team, leaving me feeling ignored and cheated. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to label Nebra as a scam company, as they have failed to deliver on their promises and provide basic customer support. Proceed with caution if considering purchasing from them.

Rude and condescending support from day one has been my experience. Find another vendor as this is the worst miner company in my opinion..

At first took about a year to send miners out which was horrible and way past predictions and then refused to refund.

Now they are selling miners advertised with onboarding fee paid but its not paid, they will not pay and will not help or fix the onboarding issue. Essentially scamming people selling items that are not what is advertised.

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a miner almost three years ago and have basically been given the run around since then. Like many others, I tried to contact them for a refund but got the same thing as many others that they weren't giving refunds. Of course, they fed us enough lies that PayPal wouldn't do anything about it and now here we are. A year ago I emailed them about my order and was told it would ship in Q2. I emailed them again as a reply to that email and got the same thing "It will ship Q2". I am not holding my breath. This company is a SCAM.

Ordered a product of theirs, and have been told every few months to wait a bit more.

It's now been a few years and they have stopped sending updates (presumably they are having some trouble). Sadly so much time has now passed I cannot claim my money back from PayPal, so this money is essentially lost.

Nebra has essentially taken an interest free loan off its customers for 3 years. I look forward to a refund, but i somehow feel this is unlikely. Stay away from this scammy company.

Wish I could give them ZERO stars. I ordered a miner from them in April 2021 and I still haven't received it. When I contact them, they say they can't refund my order because they are actively shipping my batch, but that has been the same story for about 2.5 YEARS at this point. Such a SCAM. If anyone is pursuing a lawsuit, I would be happy to join in at this point.

Purchased a Nebra miner in April 2021, never received the device. Nebra stopped returning my emails.

I ordered a Nebra indoor hostpot and paid for it in 2021. Still have not received it and the answer form customer support is always the same: it's being uploaded. Must be the biggest container in the universe. That's purely scandalous, they refuse to refund and still no ETA.
I'm ready to group with other customers who are facing the same as me to shem.

I did an upgrade on my Sensecap for multiple mining with Nebra/ THIX. It started with a 14 days free trial, and I paid after 14 days. But: Nebra deleted the private key. They claim that I paid too late, and I should have made a backup. Unfortunatly, I have made a backup, but that backup did not take the private key for THIX.
Nebra does not answer my question for paying back the license fee for the miner. Also, I had to pay again for onboarding.
My advice: never ever do business with those guys. You are not a customer, you are someone with money for them.

When be here -5 stars. I give it.. the wlrst company EVER! Dont buy everything from this company... still scammed peoples, lol, we waiting for miners about 3 years.. still waiting lol.. not good company. Trust me.

Ordered back in April of 2021 and the order never received. They constantly say it is shipping soon and have said the same for years. This company does not honor any purchases or refund requests.

This company is a pure scam. After 2 1/2 years I still hadn’t received my miner. I asked for a refund and they refused. I threatened small claims court and a week later a miner shows up. The miner didn’t work. They took a month to respond to emails and each time just fobbed me off. There is an official investigation into this company. Go through small claims to get your money back. SCAM!

Sadly as many people before me I am also a victim of Nebra LTD. I did my miner on april 11th in 2021. 
You get no updates on your orders. I asked a couple of times for a refund but they refused to refund. Even when they give you a choice according to their blog of december the 7th 2021.
They say it was a small time period but that is not what the page said.

Judge Jacqui(Nebra) did not want to answer my question why Nebra wont give me a refund based on their blog without a time window. From a legal point of view they know that I am right.
I'll ask the question a couple of times why they didn't want to refund my money based on the blog. They keep closing my ticket without any answer. And then they blocked me.
I received my minder after 27 months but it doesn't work. I did send it back with a RMA. They will scrap it until I pay approx. sum of £30 (strange that it is almost double of the first shipment cost)
I made a report at the UK’s national reporting centre for fraud (actionfraud police uk).

This company is a complete fraud, it has almost been 3 years since i have bought this. Till this day no miner!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hasn't shipped my item. It's been over two years. Claim they can't offer me a refund. Keep telling me they'll ship in the next two quarters.

This company should be closed down. They have made life a misery for thousands of customers by taking full payment for a mining product and delaying delivery for over two years, some deliveries still pending. Excuse after excuse on the delays. I took them to the small claims court and recovered all my costs including the court application fee. I wish the UK government could be involved with shutting down companies like this as they should not be allowed to operate and practice fraudulent activities as they do and continue to do. Take a look at a facebook group called Where is my Nebra, and you will see many many people fighting with Nebra for their money back for a product they purchased years ago!
