I would give minus stars if I could. Buyer beware, this company will send you a heavy pallet with your goods packed in the flimsiest packaging. There is no information about your delivery arriving on the pallet so it's a very unpleasant surprise. When reaching out to Ned and Fred to ask if they could kindly collect their pallet, the answer is no we can't and will not help you alongside a Chatgpt email from the Managing Director.

The delivery information is terrible, I contacted them regarding my order, I didn’t get a reply, the next day my order was left on my drive. I wasn’t home so it could have easily gotten pinched. I had no e mail regarding the order being dispatched, not great customer service. On the plus side the splash pool is great, pricey but nice.

Wanted to order a rigid dog splash pool, saw on Facebook at £77.97, clicked in link which took me to their website where it was listed at £97.97, £20 difference. Sent them a message via Facebook, and also emailed them. Still awaiting a reply, 4 weeks later. If this is the level of customer service, I am so pleased I didn’t order.

I placed an order which arrived but was not as described on the website. I tried to contact them to arrange a return but the local rate number listed on their website goes to a different company and I don't want to call the other premium rate number they have listed for them. Instead I emailed them via their website but it has been 4 working days now and still no response. I contacted them on their Facebook and again no response. I am giving them 1 star for sending items that are not as they are photo'ed or described on their website and then the lack of any customer service either by phone, email or their Facebook. Shocking service now I will now approach my bank to see about a charge back.
