He was extremely helpful. There was an error on Wordan's end which caused me trouble and I have
had a few issues over the last few weeks with different things. I almost decided to order from elsewhere however, the way the Adiel handled the situation today made me want to continue to buy from this company. A big thanks to Adiel! Next problem I have I will be asking for him.

I ordered 5 mens shirts and received my order within 24hours. however , i received 3 dress shirts and 2 t-shirts in error. I called Needen and spoke to Adiel who asked me to send a photo and report the error. He immediately took action, and had the 2 shirts i was missing shipped and i received them the following day.

When I needed help for my business she recommended a lot of ideas that I can use. Also, I was able to quickly get my issue with a refund resolved because some of my orders I did not like the product (it was not good for what I needed).
