I put money on the site to pay a plumber for a new sink. He then disappeared without doing any work and Needhelp are refusing to give me a refund. They are offering me vouchers, which I don't need or have any use for as the work is now done.

Easy to use following the step by step process. Estimating budget is difficult when requestor doesn't know they extent of the project or if there are hidden difficulties in execution. The service fees charged for Need Help are also difficult to understand.
