In as much as I have been trading with 1 ink/Need ink for several years and have had no real issues that were not promptly taken care of in a timely manner, I've got no complaints. About the only concern I do have, would be receiving my order in a more timely manner. Instead of six or more days to receive the order, make it three or four tops, with standard shipping.

The ink was sent in a timely manner but...
The ink was sent in a timely manner, and arrived as it should. Since then I have received several invitations to review, reminders to review like this one before I had a chance to even use the product. I placed a second order for two (2) additional cartridges and now the cycle starts over. Your product does a good job, saved me some money, but the annoying request for feedback will insure I go back with authentic HP replacement ink.

The prices are unbeatable, quality could be better.
The prices are unbeatable, but the quality isn't the best. We buy a lot of ink for our businesses and the cartridges are mostly fine. We have had at least two of them cause issues with our printers. When swapped with a genuine cartridge, the printers work fine. I think it is something to do with where the ink seal is punctured.
