Don't waste your money on Seel insurance
My original experience was frustrating. I received damaged items and had purchased Seel insurance at checkout to protect my order. I would strongly advise other customers not to waste their money on Seel insurance. It is entirely automated with no option to speak to a real person. Before they would even accept the claim for processing, they required photos of my driver's licence, my bank details, a selfie, and photos of the damaged items. Even after submitting all of this, the claim kept getting rejected. I paid for insurance that collected my personal identity information and then refused to pay out. The entire process felt invasive and was a complete waste of time and money.
However, Michael from Neewer's customer service team personally stepped in, escalated the issue, and ensured I received a full refund. It took longer than it should have, but Michael went above and beyond to make it right. The product quality and initial handling let them down, but the personal service from Michael was excellent.
My advice: if you have an issue with a Neewer order, don't bother with Seel insurance. Contact Neewer's customer service team directly.

I recently purchased Neewer CM 28 pro but type C OTG adapter were not in this package. My suggestion is to add this in PRO version too. I don't know how you will take my suggestion but it will be plus point.

I picked up a newer X11 2-in-1 Teleprompter. It is everything I need to use it in my office or at a client location. I had some technical issues, but Neewer was responsive and exceeded my expectations. They followed up later on to see how things were working out. Also, buying direct from Neewer's website doubled the warranty to two years!
The delivery was fairly prompt as well!
All in all, the X11 2-in-1 Teleprompter is a great value, easy to use and I will enjoy what it brings to my digital marketing adventures!

Documentation on how to connect flash to trigger is small, difficult to read and confusing. Customer service to return items is very poor.

I have bought all three "Z" speedlights from Neewer, and they have done the job remarkably. They are long-lasting and reliable. What you get for the price is great! The same thing in another brand is three times the price.

I had a very disappointing experience with Neewer. I ordered studio lights from their European warehouse with a “fast shipping in 3 days” option, but it’s now been 12 days, and they still haven’t arrived.
To make things worse, I ordered three lights but only received one so far. Meanwhile, accessories (lamp stands) that I ordered after the main order arrived quickly - so clearly shipping isn’t the issue across the board.
This kind of inconsistency and delay is extremely frustrating, especially when you rely on equipment for work. At this point, the “fast shipping” promise feels misleading.
Very poor logistics and communication. Would not recommend.
