From the time you walk through the door to receiving your report the whole experience is good. It is futuristic and you are made to feel comfortable. Instructions are simple and everything that you experience is explained to you. There was no rushing and the time spent with the doctor was very good. My scan and tests were all explained to me and I had plenty of time to ask questions.
When your report is completed it is easy to access and goes through all of the tests and tells you what improvements you need to make.
I have already made my appointment for next year.

Found the initial consultation very efficient and enlightening. Though waiting for secondary results took longer.
Now I have a message for follow-up on both skin and cardio, with messages repeated every three days. But when it comes to book it’s impossible. No dates available and no response to emails or text serves.
Find it unprofessional and not reassuring if there is actual an issue.
But just like the NHS, your kind scr—ed.

I have used both the mobile and email you have provided since the 29th with no response from either.

Great to be able to get a full body scan, with multiple in depth tests and individual access to a Doctor to explain the results and make recommendations for improvements.

I was made to feel welcome on arrival. Professional and polite staff Very informative experience.

Fantastic Service overall. All procedures were done so quickly and efficiently. Blood test results were done within half an hour. A full body scan was also done from head to toe with hand grip and ECG(heart reading). A full overview from the doctor about all your results all done within the hour. I recommend this procedure for who ever wants a quick full body MOT 😃 and results after an hour.

A great concept and good value using technology to determine ones health.

It was a good check up! A yearly check up like this gives you valuable information about how you are health wise.

An amazingly comprehensive health scan and range of tests. I now know what is going well and what to keep an eye on. The follow up for a couple of skin marks was comprehensive and finally the staff were professional and lovely!

The clinic visit itself was professional and efficient, and I was impressed with the in-person experience.
However, the follow-up process needs improvement. I was referred to Atrium Vårdcentral for further treatment, but it took over two months — from 25 February to 29 April and numerous follow-up emails to Neko's custom support to secure an appointment.
Better coordination with external partners and more proactive communication would significantly improve the overall patient journey.

Very slick and results immediate. This is how the NHS Should work. Unfortunately it doesn’t. Neko offers great value for the money.

Brilliant service , wonderful caring staff thank you

This is a very efficient service, you are taken on time and everything moves swiftly - staff are very nice and informative. This medical is good value and very useful to get a baseline on some aspects of your health. Ideal for younger clients. The idea being to return every year or so to check for changes. As an older client the results did not surprise me!

The Neko scan too place and a very nice, clean and sophisticated environment. The scan, blood tests and consultation was done very quickly and quite a thorough analysis was performed very quickly with instant result The flow-up with the doctor who went through the results was very useful. I am unsure whether a measure of the visceral fat was done ( i will have to examine the results again but initially i couldnt find these results).

Good feedback on the test results. Could have analyzed more parameters if possible. Good environment and professional service. They investigated thoroughly and referred any results that deviated from normal. I would gladly undergo the examination again.
