Good communication, responses prompt, helpful and professional. Nelson Myatt dealt with our sometimes complicated sale and purchase really well and worked to fit in with dates specified. Nice people, everything was generally done online (which helped). It is also down to the customer to keep all the plates spinning as well, which we did and it paid off. Would recommend Nelson Myatt. They did a great job for a fair price, where other local conveyancers failed.

Sharon's management of the successful purchase was efficient and rapid. Excellent work. Ffion 's work in completing the title transfer for our property was magnificent. At a time when there is a back-log at the Land Registry, Ffion expedited the deed transfer quickly , professionally and very efficiently. A no-nonsense service. I never had to chase them up once for information. It seemed obvious to me that they had thought the whole conveyancing process afresh. This results in an efficient cost-effective service that I will use again and recommend to everyone.
