Ordered Nematodes for Sciarid flies. Small black flies feeding on roots of plants. I had chillies growing since the end of December. Once I spotted the flies and I decided to buy nematodes to save my chillies. I ordered from this company and paid around £13, it didn’t arrive for a week, so I contacted them via email; they say it was posted and I should wait a little longer. The sun’s been shining and the weather was mild for February. About 10 days later it arrived with one week left for it to expire and it’s been sitting somewhere in a Royal Mail office
There was about a tea spoonful of nematodes in the package. Instructions said my package is enough for 45square meters. I used it on my plants, but it didn’t bother the flies, I don’t have many chillies standing. Not a happy customer

i ordered a packet of nematodes with some sticky traps. order arrived in good time, however the packet of nematodes i was sent was completely empty... sealed and empty... sticky traps were fine but without nematodes wont really solve the issue... have emailed their sales email twice and tried to contact them via the "contact us" form on their website. over a week and no reply to any of my messages. they were quick enough to notice and send my order but now are clearly choosing to ignore me rather than sort out my issue. i cant believe this was done by accident either as i have now purchased nematodes from elsewhere and you would very obviously notice that there is no substance in the packet!
