Designs are awesome! And withstand being washed, washed mine about 5 times now and still looks as good as the day I got it!

Only thing I would advise is that for me, they come up smaller than other brands I have brought in the past so I would consider ordering one size bigger than your usual go to hoodie.

The hoodies are so incredibly soft and comfortable and have a high quality. And they look so great so now I'm the coolest person in the grocery store.
I accidentally ordered one of them in the wrong size because the website selects XS by default. But the customer support was extremely helpful with guiding me through the swap process. The whole interaction was just so positive. I had also made a suggestion on how to improve the website to avoid wrong size orders and they reacted super well to that, so this will probably be less of a problem in the future. They do their absolute best.

Fast shipping and most of all, great quality of the sweater and the hoodie I got. Will be definitely coming back for more!

Design and quality of the Hoodie I ordered are excellent and the sizing is true to size. I am more than satisfied with it. Additionally, I have to say, that communication with Neomachi is very easy and quick. I can definitely recommend this shop!

ive been wanting the onmyo zipped hoodie for ages and i finally got the chance to buy it.

the moment i put it on, it was my new favorite. the fabric is super soft, fairly thin but still warm, the sleeves are longer than on other (non neomachi) garments, but i prefer and love this, and the print is absolutely amazing. its so clear, so beautiful, the colors pop right into your face.

ive washed the hoodie a couple times now and the print is still intact, whereas im used to prints cracking at least a bit after the first few washes.

i adore this thing. i will be back for more.

service wise i dont really have a lot of comments. delivery was a tad slow for what im used to. it took 1.5 week for the hoodie to arrive, which is perfectly within the shipping window they gave, so i wasnt worried. and the wait was worth it for the quality delivered.

Great products and I love the design. After washing the t-shirt a few times it seems to me like the vibrant colors became a little bit more dull. But the print is still there, nothing is flaking off.

Ive had 2 t shirts vor a year, since 2 november 2022. I love the graphics, and although slightly worn, it gives a nice vintage feeling (mostly because I throw the shirts into the dryer with no remorse)
If you want the graphics to last, wash onside out and let them hang, then iron them inside out as well (like anyone got time for that, lol.) Overal experience with Neomachi has been great! 020 for life!

I bought a Otori Hoodie because I love the design and the style. The code made it cheaper so that's when I decided to actually buy. The hoodie is really comfy and looks fantastic. A few people even asked me where I got it from.
I bought one size bigger so that it's rather a comfortable fit. (I'm 1,98m and normaly wear a XXL)
The only complaint is that this brand is pretty expensive, but I kinda get it because of the actual environmental friendliness and if you use a discount code it's really worth it!

Despite the fact the parcel arrived 1 and half month later due to the fault of the DHL driver, though the label was correctly addressed, the driver is setting its own standards and sent it back. The customer service of Neomach was friendly and helped me a lot in this matter. Thank You sooo much, every time again, the clothing is awesome!!<3
