Took our money and failed to deliver. This is a scam. Had to recover costs through credit card company

I ordered a custom sign of our logo to go in the studio. This was an order of over £600. When the sign arrived, part of the logo didn't look anything like our logo. When I contacted them about it, they told me they were unable to make it look the same as the proof they had sent over to me.
Instead of telling me this before making it, they just went ahead with it, did a poor job and sent it to me with no pre-warning or mention of the error.
After numerous emails back an forwards they agreed to refund me for the sign once it was returned.

They received the returned sign on April 11th. I haven't received any refund. I have emailed them and contacted them via their website, just to be ignored. So I have no sign and am over £600 down.

Terrible company, I do not recommend!

I made a bespoke order and it was incredible! Exactly what I wanted. Sadly the neon was starting to flicker. Neon Beach customer service was incredible and they sent me a complete replacement. I love it! It's so gorgeous, my sister ordered one after me! Special shout out to RJ who looked after me.

This is my 2nd time ordering from Neon Beach, once under the previous ownership and once under the new ownership. Both times the products have been absolutely amazing. The quality is so good and the ease of use of the lights is great. My 1st light came with a remote control and you can dim the brightness and change to make the light flash on many different settings. The 2nd lights came with a switch and 3 light settings but the hardware is a lot more compact which is better. The 2nd experience was more positive in terms of delivery as it was so much quicker. Communication both times has been great. Would definitely order again!

100% Scam. Took almost £600 of my money and sign never came. Stay away people, they will fob you off until the cows come mooing.

Disgusting behaviour.

I ordered a sign as a present for my daughter. She put it away until her renovations were complete so it was 6 months old before we discovered it didn’t work. That was no problem at all. The power unit was replaced even though we didn’t know how or when the problem occurred. Problems often arise, how things are put right is what matters. The firm were easy, pleasant and efficient to deal with……and the sign is gorgeous.

Excellent ordering experience, well packaged, great product. Very much recommend.

I love my neon sign but it doesn't work

Product was excellent. Exactly what we wanted.
The ordering process was simple and they kept me well informed as to progress of order - manufacture and despatch.
There was an issue with FedEx delivery service meaning there was a delay in delivery time, but it was resolved.

Also excellent aftersales support. We had an issue where our puppy chewed through a cable for the dimmer. We contacted support and they helped identify the product that needed replaced and also replaced it free of charge....superb!

The order process is very easy to follow and the customer service team are brilliant at getting back to any emails regarding any questions. They emailed me to let me know the product was finished along with some pictures and they wanted to make sure I was satisfied with how it looked before they prepared it for shipping. Overall they made me feel like a valued customer and I’m very happy I stuck with them instead of going to a cheaper, lower quality competitor.

The sign is amazing and everything we'd hoped for. I wish I had ordered it a long time ago!

After ordering my sign over a year ago I had given up hope of it ever arriving but since neon beach has been took over the new owners have been most helpful and have managed to sort my order out and it got delivered this morning sooner than expected. It looks great, thank you for your help

I can fully understand why people have written some poor reviews regarding Neon Beach, it's clear they have had some serious issues over the last coupe of years, however its all about how you deal with the problem.
Its fair to say that I have had to wait a very long time for my neon sign. I emailed the customer service team on a regular basis, RJ was my contact, I could have had a refund at anytime, but RJ was so polite and explained what was going on, I was in no rush for my neon sign, so I decided to wait. I was assured everything was fine and I will get my sign.
I did get my sign and its superb definitely worth the wait, as a sign of good will on my part Im going to purchase another item from them. If anyone has anything outstanding, just email them and they will respond. I cant give Neon Beach 5 stars, but 4 is very generous, this rating is based on the product I purchased, and the communication that RJ provided. I would recommend Neon Beach, but of you're unsure email the team and find how long you might have to wait.

RJ was super helpful and always replied to me very quickly. The team did a brilliant job designing the the bespoke light based around our initial concept. The production took much longer than quoted but they kept in touch and even refunded some of the cost as a compensation for the time delay. Very fair. We received our light and absolutely love it.

NEVER PURCHASE FROM NEON BEACH!!! CHOOSE ANY OTHER COMPANY!! If I could give -10 I would. I received my first sign came 4 months after ordering even though they specified about 2 weeks. The sign looked nothing like the picture not even the same font and the signs writing was covering one of the holes on the acrylic backing so it couldn’t be attached to the wall properly. When enquiring they said I couldn’t have a refund only a new item, the next one came again months later and was a different colour, the writing was all different sizes and not in line and has glue all over it, at this point nearly a year later I just wanted me money back. EVERY excuse they could think of passing me from person to person it took me months to get to a point where I thought I was getting a refund and then they made up a story saying I’d made the hole in the acrylic and put it in the wrong place even though I have unboxing pictures and they sent the fixtures for it to go in the wall, said they’d gone into liquidation, people didn’t work there, covid, their policies didn’t match their excuses it says they give refunds for faulty products and they refused. Nearly 2 years later and over 50 emails later and still no refund, they’re still trying to get people to buy there products so please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Our sign arrived in the time period given and was very well wrapped and secure. Very good quality sign. Unfortunately we decided we would like a larger size. The customer service when arranging a refund was exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend Neon Beach.
