All is good until you have a problem

Here is a refined version of the review:

I have been using NeoServ hosting for several years and have recommended it to many of my clients, bringing them quite a few customers. However, this week, one of our websites got hacked, and a simple report of the hack and a request to restore a backup turned into a nightmare.

Their team first checked the server and said they didn't find anything wrong, complaining that they did it for free. I had never asked for a free service; in fact, I offered to pay any costs incurred. Then they sold me a password change service, which was supposed to ensure everything would be safe again. I agreed and paid for the service in hopes to make up for the free service they did prior. I received the invoice and notification that the service was completed, but no passwords were provided. After numerous email exchanges, I finally received the passwords, but they didn't work. I ended up changing the passwords myself and expressed my dissatisfaction to their team, hoping for better future interactions.

The next day, the website got hacked again. I contacted their team to report that the issue was not resolved and that someone had changed the password while I was logged in. Despite numerous emails explaining the situation repeatedly, they claimed nothing had happened. Frustrated, I ended the conversation, deeming it unproductive. When I checked the website, I discovered all my plugins were uninstalled and not reinstalled properly, with some premium plugins blocked. When I confronted them and asked if they had changed any plugins or settings, they refused to give me a clear answer and directed me to check the logs in the CPanel dashboard.

Needless to say, I am extremely dissatisfied and will be moving all accounts away from them as soon as possible.

Excellent

Their servers work well. Their support is amazing, always helpful. Prices are normal and GUI is standardized. You can also buy domains for competitive prices. I have been using their services for more than 2 years, and I will continue to do so.
