Absolutely awful company needs shutting down, initially replied to my request as to where the blower worked on my car vac saying they will ask technician but nothing since , this car vac is rubbish doesn’t do as ad says at all . STEER CLEAR or waste £30

Please do not use this company I ordered a phone holder for my motor cycle that snapped straight away I emailed and sent photos I did get a response but the lengthy return process is bad and you have to pay for the return and it is not returned to the place you ordered it from you think you are ordering from the uk but you are not it’s from china and takes ages to reach you and when it arrives its total substandard goods you get like I said please avoid

I placed an order last year and received a confirmation + shipping tracking number. Tonight I went to check the order progress only to be greeted with e-mail responses: E-mail address not known, + shipping tracking number not known...........a complete scam. Thankfully we are not talking about a lot of money. BEWARE...I will be reporting to Tik-Tok

I ordered the bike phone holder, it is cheap plastic rubbish, there is no magnet inside to hold the phone, it arrived from China (not the UK) damaged. I have emailed them 3 times and got no response, my own fault I should have read these reviews before ordering from this company.

The company is a scam, I have emails from them saying they’re a UK company and goods are shipped from the UK. I asked for the address and a UK phone number but they wouldn’t give me either. Products are not what they say, cheap Chinese rubbish, shipped from China, I told them products were shipped from China but they still denied it. AVOID at all costs !! DO NOT ORDER FROM Neova or Neodrive.

This company does not exist, everything you see on the video is a lie, they are a Chinese company, but you do not realise until you see your item coming from China, they spend all of their time trying to convince you to buy something else while you are waiting for your item offering 35% discounts. Its all a lot of absolute shite, just another very clever Chinese company SCAM and I'm really pissed off because i feel for it. Do not go anywhere near this company, everything you see and hear no matter how good is an absolute lie

Substandard product attempted to return it for replacement or refund, they want it returned to Switzerland to an address that doesn’t exist.
Avoid!

Company sent sub standard goods. Cheap plastic car vacuum cleaner. When I complained, they gave a load of bull. According to their customer service 'manager," agreeing to pay for it, customers have no legal rights of return despite it being cheaper plastic, smaller than the videos, but most of all the power was not as shown and the attachments just fell off when the power was on. If you tested it or used it, you can't return it because it has been used. This is despite a big orange star on the advert that says no quibble returns. The company address is based in Switzerland but does not exist. I returned the products and paid £20 for tracking. It was returned to me as no such address. They allegedly use French trading laws, not British. The company name was Neova UK, but don't be fooled people. This is such a rip off. I could write a lot more

Ordered a car vacuum looked great , but tracked it with Evri and message said its waiting for delivery to my house, that was 4 days ago. After messaging the company they are saying its in my area and will be delivered in a couple of days by ROYAL MAIL is this a scam, so fed up with scams
