Awful customer service.

Avoid it!!!!! My first order went well so I trusted them, I placed a second order and its being 2 years!!!!!! No shipping because 1 item has not arrived. I asked them to remove the item and even keep the money for that one and even like that no shipping yet! They stop answering!!!!!!! Avoid this shop!!!!!!

They are thieves and do not care about their customers.
They smash boxes of the items (for colectors figures it's an issue) and said this is your problem.
They do not comply with pre orders. Still waiting for items that should have been sent a year and half ago. They sold items in my pre orders after I did the pre order... Now they are not releasing the items.

For your own sake, do not buy from them if you don't want to waste money.

I placed orders online and paid. I haven't received my orders at it has been nearly a year. Nerdom don't want to refund me.

I made several preorders, in this establishment, I always paid with Paypal, the orders were barely received, I claimed possibly 5 to 6 of them, they refunded my money thanks to Paypal, the rest of the unshipped orders were deleted from my history of my account and they said they were not going to take care of them. (I lost my money).

My order was canceled due to wrong pricing of ordered items (I didn't get any cancelation email or anything) which I found out after more than week, when I asked why my order hasn't been shipped. They promised to refund my payment, but after almost 2 months and few emails, I still haven't got my money back.

They have some preorders of mine on their website from more than one year ago. The products were expected in october/november 2022. I know that there are always delays with funko, what I don't understand is why the delay is so extensive, and that there are no update on the arrival time, nor even an alternative solution, like partial shipping. Besides that, I wrote the costumer service on may, and they told me that in one of the orders, the only product missing was expected between 30-60 days. It's been almost 150 days now. I wrote them a month ago asking for the order, and they didn't even bothered on answering me. So disrespectful.

I'm from Portugal and Nerdom is probably the worst online experience I've ever had in my entire life. I've been their online customer for almost 2 years accumulating a total purchase amount of approx. 11,000€ and I've always been extremely patient. It is completely indifferent for them at this point. The problem here is not even about item delays and forecasts for shipping items. I think they understood the problem they had. That's why they are quitting this pre-order purchase method. Just to give you all an example of what I'm currently dealing with, I have pre-orders made between October/September 2021 still without any type of resolution. In my last approach to them they gave me a couple of options to solve my problems, they won't refund me back, so that's not a possibility after your money is on their side they will have the final choice. But they did offer to give me a store credit voucher and ship away all the in-stock items. They told me that exceptionally they would refund me a couple of references of items that I bought in stock that never came and pre orders, probably about 4/5 articles maximum. I accepted it immediately. This was on 06/04/23, I provided all my data and information, and told them to send me the proof of bank transfer and order tracking number. I'm still waiting for everything to be done and I don't know how much it will take to get it all resoluted. I'm leaving this critic here as a way to tell others my story, the smaller version of what happened to me. It's extremely difficult to deal with these situations especially when you cannot simply go to the store and do it in person.
Be careful, don't buy, don't make the same mistakes I did. Don't help grow those who do not deserve it.

This store has an amazing selection of Funkos. They pack well and ship fast. Do not recommend though pre orders due to constantly delay from Funko

I don't know why people say it's a scam. In fact they are the scam. I ordered maybe four times and the order arrived in about 3 weeks in great condition.

Ordered 1 year ago, they have sent me nothing from a 600€ order, total scammers. Takes weeks for a reply, if they even bother to reply via e-mail.
Excuses all the time.
Will be taking legal action

I have two back orders since August. Out of more than 20 funkos I bought, they are not sending them because there are 2 that they don't have and they lied about their availability. These 2 funkos were pre-order and would be available days after my order. However, they have not sent me anything. More than 200£ lost. In the emails after complaining once a day, they say they will send it to me but they have problems with shipping. THUS MORE THAN 6 MONTHS, they won't refund my money either. SCAMMERS

I pre-ordered my funkopop and I received it after 7 months. They told me they had a problem with shipping
But that was alright.because i still got My order
Customer service was very friendly and they always replied to my msgs.
I will definitely order again, but only think about when you preorder something it will take much more time to arrive
Plus:the funko was in a very good condition due to very good packaging

This shop gets all the new funko releases really fast and ships them abroad really fast and well packeged! Would reccomend it to anyone who wants to buy Funko PoP!

Waiting for merch for 180 euro, no response, no communication - only senseless responses just to delay time! Don't ever order anything from this seller!!! And don't forget you have 180 days to refund (I wouldn't wait for the last-last moment though.
PS - Alerted all possible funko pop groups in facebook about their (nerdom.gr) practices!

i waited 4 months for my order, so i wanted to cancel. but they do NOT answer one single email.
Dont think i will see my money again...

I wish I had read the reviews here before pre-ordering Funko Pops through Nerdom. After 6 months of waiting since my order I still have no delivery and the meaningless emails they send never address the issue. I want a full refund but they will only issue a credit note which is no use as I will not be using this site again. In the meantime the figures I ordered are in my local store and I hope will not be sold out. I can´t afford to go and buy from the shop when I have already paid Nerdom. Do not use this site and instead, spend your hard-earned money somewhere that actually cares about delivering the goods and provides a modicum of decent customer service!

Preorderd items back in May, customer support is worse than treating a dog. Waited and begged them to cancel my order and give me the voucher for the site all they did was say sorry please wait a bit more we will reserve your items and send them to you as soon as all are here in the meantime they were getting sold out.
Than come to Jan 11 2023 We have processed your order xxxxxx, you will receive your tracking information when the shipping company picks up your package in approximately 1-2 days! We apologise for the inconvenience.

After that i asked can i get the tracking and they simply never replied after again. From Greece to our country u get on foot in 9 days so don't buy from them.

All the pre-order stuff is directly a scam.
50% of those Funkos are never sent to you, even after waiting for more than
1 year.
Then you have to ask for a refund and instead of returning your money back, they will send you a voucher to spend on this web again
