I pre-ordered a toy

I pre-ordered a toy from them, at the beginning of July 2022. Already January 2023, and no news about my order, the status on the site, as from the first day of payment, is expected. They don’t want to return the money, they write to me so that I can expect my order - to the question of how long to wait, no answer. Also disgusting online customer service, you can wait for a response to a letter for several days, and after waiting, you will read the answer in style, we are very sorry, but you will have to wait a little more. Do not order anything from them online! You will lose your money and nerves.

It was an alright experience

It was an alright experience. I preordered a figur and a few days after the release day i got an email saying my product would be shipped. After 1 week i messaged them, they replied and than started to ship my figur, a week later it arrived with no damage! So all in all okay.

For weeks they have been making fun of me .. they even offered to send me back (at my expense) but the address was false .. thank goodness I had searched on maps and I saved 22 € and the loss of pops.
Nothing to do with others .. light years away from today's services!
Never again!

Stay away at all costs! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Stay away from this business and look elsewhere.
I have an order I've place in February that is still pending - tried several times to reach out to Nerdom - at first they said that I was only missing an item and was about to arrive it the next few weeks (Aug) - then they claimed another item is missing - and now they are also ignoring my messages. Do yourselves a favor and don't do the same mistake I've done - find other reputable sellers - after a whole year of waiting for my items which are now probably sold out elsewhere I have to open up a dispute with Paypal.
