Having purchased a sink with at best vague instructions,I damaged the sink attempting to knock the tap hole through ( both sides are part drilled so the sink can be left or right hand drainer ).
Nesstar have always been courteous and professional in replying to my concerns. They have sent a replacement sink,for which I am grateful.
As a tradesman I wish I had ignored the instructions when attempting the tap hole on the first sink.
I did so on the replacement and drilled the hole from above with a diamond hole saw ,which worked perfectly !
Now the sink is installed I am very happy with it and Nesstar’s communications

From our first telephone contact when our request to view the items at their warehouse was efficiently and courtesly replied to and arranged. On arrival the warehouse staff were happy to open several boxes of sinks for us to choose from. We chose 2 sinks and wanted 2 taps to take away, only 1 of which was in stock but the 2nd arrived promptly the following week. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. Very comprehensive stock list and sinks at all price levels. No pushy sales just geniune old fashioned customer service. Thanks to all the staff

Unbelievable customer service. How many CEO'S of a company would ring you first thing on Monday morning. Raj was so apologetic and understanding of the situation. Frustration on our part probably led to the harsh review. It wasn't really directed at the company who do all they can. I suppose one it's left them it's in lap of the gods. A replacement is already on it's way which is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate in using Nesstar again. The prices are really good and I have to say again, the customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced
