Ordered some Nikari furniture. Ordering and delivery process all fine and the products are beautiful.

Whilst I called this company by mistake, the response I had was fast and informative. If this is indicative of how they do business I would thoroughly recommend.

As a Korean customer, I love NEST. They have good items with reasonable price. But what I love most is the staffs who are very kind and quick response. I have no problem with shopping even my English is not that good.

I have now purchased several pieces of furniture from Nest.co.uk. At first, I was a bit apprehensive as these were very high end beautiful pieces and they were to be shipped to Asia during a pandemic. I was very pleasantly surprised with the:
1) Consistently, timely, very polite and customer centric approach of their customer facing staff
2) Very competitive prices
3) Timely delivery on first order (I am awaiting delivery for my second one)

She got us access to material samples, gave useful advice and sourced all the furniture we were looking for at competitive prices. Delivery and installation were quick and easy. I emailed Nest.co.uk in error over the Christmas weekend when I had an issue with my Nest heating system. Today, despite it being Bank Holiday Monday, a very kind and helpful representative called Ashlee, came back to my email. Ashlee informed me I had come through to the wrong Nest but assisted me by supplying all the contact information and guidance for the correct company - something she didn’t have to do as the two companies are not affiliated. I’ve had no hearing over the Christmas period so this help and information was invaluable and greatly received. Had Ashlee not replied to my email, I would still be waiting on a reply from what I believed to be the correct Nest company and would still be without hearing. On the plus side she also sent me a link to look at the actual products they sell (furniture and lighting) and very pleased to say I will be buying furniture for our home from the in the future! Thank you Ashlee. The best customer see I e I could have hoped for to end off 2021!

Today, I received my hanging chairs and they look fantastic. I love them!! I am really pleased with the look, the quality and the high level of customer attention through the whole ordering process. Even though the delivery was longer than I expected, NEST furniture maintained regular email/telephone contact, keeping me up to date on the delivery date. They have been really helpful, polite, positive and genuine. I would recommend NEST furniture to my family & friends.

Agree with other reviews here - very easy to order and item arrived really quickly. Will use again and the only reason for only 4 stars is because I've only used once.

Purchased a light from Nest and the customer service was as good as it gets. From asking questions about the stock levels and product via online chat (which was dealt with immediately by Ashlee), through to order and delivery was nothing short of brilliant, a pleasant surprise in todays world of constant delays and let downs. None of this with my Nest order which arrived exactly when they said it would. I will have no hesitation to use Nest for future purchases if they stock any product I need.

I purchased two Globe Flower pots. I had a query on the sizing and Ashlee responded promptly and found me the information I needed. Delivery was very quick and the planters were very well wrapped. They are exactly as they appear on the website and i absolutely love them! I shall certainly be purchasing more from Nest in the future.

The best service 10/10. Ashlee was a real expert and was very quick to respond and assist me with my 100 questions. The lights I ordered needed to be shipped to New Zealand and the service and price was outstanding

I have to give the team at Nest a 5 full stars! You see, I was buying a pair of exquisite light fixtures from Atelier Areti and live in the USA (and was already expecting complications). Not only did the light fixtures arrive safe and sound (absolutely wrapped to perfection to guard against damages) but the entire process was easy and efficient with excellent communication from the team at NEST all during the procedure. Thank you one million times to Ashlee and Jake!
